 Introduction

The purpose of this project is to find talent that facilitate the people to explore

their talent in easy way. User of this application can upload their pictures, videoes, ideas for

the new products, art designing product and skills etc..

On this platform other user’s of this application can see the talent of people and give their

opinion with the choice of like,dislike and commets. User’s can sell their ideas to the

sponser’s using this platform.

This project based on Web plus Andriod application. User’s can use this platform by web

site as well as android application. User can select the field according to their interest and

expolre their talent related to field. Sponser’s can see new talent on this platform and hire the

most talented people according to their requrements. In this way talent can explore.

 PROBLEM STATEMENT

What problem does your software solve?

This project solves the problem of those people who have a lot of talent but they could

not explore their talent. Some time most of the people from local area’s have not access

to sponsor are different fields or they have not enough budget to accomplish their ideas,

so this things make barriers in goal achievement of people.

This platform makes the people not only explore their talent but also provide a

communicate between sponsor’s and user. This will be a n unique idea in the market that

specific and goal oriented.

Because this application can solve the problems of wasting the talent due to the lake of

talent explorer . User of app can access to the sponsor/Talented People in a comfort way

according their requirements. User of app can select interested field to explore his talent.

No, there is no platform which explore the talent .

What skills do you expect to learn from this project?

We need to learn java language for Android application development.Android

application can develop for smartphone users. For Android application We need to

understand the Android studio tool also because by using this tool we can be able to

develop a stunning application. The android studio is special tool for android

applications.Android studio have many important assets which use in applications. It have

built in functions. Some time we need to create a module many time which is very hard

work but in this tool some built module which we use many time .

We need to learn Html ,CSS ,PHP and MySQL for web development. Website

developed for web users .For Web we need to understand the Sublime Text tool because

by using this tool we can be able to develop a very attractive website for web application

users.The Sublime Text is special tool for many work as we work in PHP. Sublime Text

have many important assets which we use in our project . It have built in functions. Some

time we need to create a module many time which is very hard work but in this tool some

built module exist which we use many time . By this time is saved

Proposed Solution / methodology for Problem

First of all user of this application create the account and then sign in. User can

select the field in which he/she interested and according to his field he/she create profile info.

After sign in the user can upload his field related things like pictures, videos, idea’s etc. Other

user will like, dislike and comment on their post and when sponser’s visit the website and

application then they select the most talented people according to their ranking. At the end of

week top 5 people list will be announced and their profile picture will shown on Websites for

12 hours which help the sponser’s to find out most talented people.

 PROPOSED WORK SCHEDULE/ GANTT CHART

Create the Grant Chart and provide estimated start and end dates of all proposed

modules/tasks for each team member. Also identify the dependencies (which tasks cannot

be started/completed, until the dependent task is completed). Gantt chart can be created

using MS Project.
