is to inform you that with the approval and concurrence of the competent authority, now the
subject scheme is being executed by this office, therefore, it is requested that in future all the
correspondence may please directly be made with the undersigned, so that issues pertaining to
subject scheme could timely be addressed and resolved. Please note our postal/e-mail address
given at the bottom of our letterhead and envelop.

2. This is to confirm you that a suitable piece of land measuring 30x20x12 facing
road side, within the premises of the institute has already been earmarked for construction of one
number general distribution sub-station. The sub-station would be constructed by the provincial
B&R, District Lasbela at Uthal as per approved standard specifications of K-Electric, and the
same shall be handed over to K-Electric free of cost.

3. The agreement as per your guidelines is being prepared on Rs.1000/- judicial

stamp paper duly attested by the Notary Public, and would be submitted in due course of time. It
is pertinent to mention here that your original letter has not been received by this office and the
current proceedings are being carried out on the photocopy of apropos letter received from your
office record. Keeping in view the distance between Karachi and Quetta, the stipulated time
frame ending 12th: July, 2019 is quite short, however, the matter is being dealt on Top Priority
basis and hopefully all the formalities would be completed within scheduled time.
