INTRODUCCIÓN
El Estudio del Cálculo Integral requiere de una buena fundamentación de los
procesos de derivación y para ello las funciones trigonométricas, hiperbólicas y sus
inversas son fundamentales. Por eso, es necesario recordar algunas propiedades
de dichas funciones. Luego se discutirá el concepto de Antiderivada de una función
y propiedades de la integral indefinida

FUNCIONES HIPERBÓLICAS
Son una combinación de las funciones exponenciales 𝑒 𝑥 𝑦 𝑒 −𝑥 muy frecuentes en
aplicaciones de la matemática e ingeniería y física. Se definen las funciones seno
hiperbólico y coseno hiperbólico denotadas senh y cosh respectivamente de la siguiente
forma:
