POWER OF ATTORNEY

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, I

SHERLY UTHUP, Aged about -56, Doing – Homemaker, Residing at

ULETH HOUSE, ERAVIPEROOR PO, TIRUVALLA – 689 542 do hereby

Nominate and appoint my mother THANKAMMA PUNNOOSE - Age 75

years, residing at Plot No 145, Gokul dham Society, Abrama, Valsad - 396

001, Gujarat to be my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and or

my behalf all or any of the matters hereinafter mentioned in which I may be

interested or consult either solely or jointly that is to say:

1. Whereas we are the legal heir of P. PUNNOOSE. Mr. P. PUNNOOSE

died on 15.04.2016. This property bearing city survey no. 184

admeasuring 245 sq.mtr. bearing house no. 2013 is tending in the name of

SHAJI PUNNOOSE & Mr. P. PUNNOOSE.

2. As I am unable to come to Valsad from respective places and therefore I

hereby authorize and appoint our power of attorney holder

THANKAMMA PUNNOOSE to sign as relevant application to enter or

remove my name in the city survey records of the above property and also

to do all necessary work with regard to the said property.

3. To sign the Deed of Conveyance and to appear before the Sub-Registrar of

Assurances or any other Competent Authority and lodge the Deed/Deeds

of Conveyance for registering the same in the office of the sub-registrar,

Valsad and/or Deed/Deeds and/or deed of release assurance for

registration and to admit execution of the said Deed/Deeds as my said

attorney shall find necessary.


4. To appear before Talati, Mamlatdar, Collector, Gram Panchayat,

Municipal Corporation, City Survey Superintendent or any other authority

for entering my name in the revenue records/municipal records. And to

give application reply etc.

5. To appear before Talati, Mamlatdar, Collector, Gram Panchayat,

Municipal Corporation, City Survey Superintendent or any other authority

for for deleting our name in the revenue records/municipal records. And to

give application reply etc.

6. To execute the deed regarding the said property and to sign and execute all

such deeds and instruments necessary in respect to the said transaction.

7. AND GENERALLY to do, execute and perform any other acts, deeds,
matters or things whatsoever which in the opinion of my said attorney
ought to be done execute and performed in relation to the said property or
in about my concerns, engagements as full and effectually in all respects as
I myself could do the same as I am personally present.
8. AND I hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do or purport to do by virtue of
this Power of Attorney.
