Keep eating the way you eat


Add deep breathing 5-5-5
Add 6-8 glasses of water daily
Observe your dialogue

TIPS

1. Have a large amount of water first thing in the morning


2. Remember to observe how you feel with the added
water. Did you notice anything different?
3. Remember to observe how you feel before, during, after
and 30 minutes after any meal or snack
4. Explore which hunger(s) may be driving your dialogues
and choices
