As you are aware Shine Social Welfare and Health Care Charitable Trust, is giving impetus
to develop high quality skilled force relevant to the current emerging market demand needs.
In this regards Shine Social Welfare and Health Care Charitable Trust has already organized
successful campus recruitment & Job Fair at various places in Karnataka like Belgaum, Hubli,
Mangalore, Mysore, Gadag, Tumkur, Koppal, Doddaballapur, Channapatna, KGF, Kuppam (AP)
Kasargod (Kerala), Bagepalli, Davanagere, A. Narayanapura & HBR Layout Bangalore, it is
encouraging to note that we had a huge response from these campus recruitment & Job Fair.

The 9th Job Fair is being organized on 14th November 2010 Sunday @ Amarajyothi College
beside Varadaraja Talkies, Mulbagal town Kolar Dist, Karnataka. As every Campus & Job Fair is
motivating the youths & creating the awareness & Importance in line. It is a challenging
opportunity for the Shine Social Welfare and Health Care Charitable Trust.

• This Career Fair would be participate by open all candidates / Private / Government
Colleges / Institutions of Mulbagal, Srinivaspur, Bethamangala, Bangarpet, Kolar, K.G.F &
Chintamani.
• The demography of the participating students would be from 10th, PUC, ITI all trade,
Diploma all branch & UG Courses Participant Composition are students from B.Sc, B.Com,
B.A, BCA, BBM,BBA, BE, B-Tech, etc. and PG Courses Participant Composition are
students from MBA, M.Com, MFA, MCA, MSc etc.
• This Job Fair will be participate by Companies from domains (like Pharmaceuticals,
Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, ITES, Telecom, Retail, Software,
Hardware, etc.)
• This Career Fair would witness Professional Colleges/Training Institutes setting up their
counseling desks and interacting with students
• This Job Fair is aimed for UG Courses, Graduates, Post Graduates & Engineering students
of participating
• This Event is expected to receive media coverage by some of the leading news agencies of
Bagepalli.

We request all the stake holders & employers to participate in the Job Fair and make it a big
success where it is expected more than 8,000 job aspirants may participate. This will give scope for
us to identify the skill gap of Job aspirants and to take necessary action to recruit to such aspirants.
Recruitment & Selection Facilitation Services:

• In coordination with the HRs of the Organization, shine social welfare & health care
charitable trust would conduct the Initial Screening Rounds & pass on the answer
sheets/scores to the HRs
• Shine social welfare & health care charitable trust would provide all necessary
arrangements (like extra classroom space for the conduction of Aptitude Tests/Selection
Rounds, etc.)
