Vicente Reyes Encarnacion was born on August 2,1950 on Alcala

Cagayan. He graduated Salutatorian at Alcala Community School.He

spent his highschool days at this institution and graduated as class
valedictorian. Mr. Encarnacion took up Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration -Accounting at University of the East and there he
finished Cum Laude.

Although he is not an educator, his desire to educate the young

generation was transpired as he opened a TESDA-inspired school,
Colegio de Porta Vaga in Imus Cavite.
His first venture is a computer shop business which lasted for about
10 years. His next source of income was a water refilling station busines
which also operated for about 12 years.
At start, the school only offers 2-year courses but now there’s an
additional four-year course being offered.

Our speaker lives in a simple and modest life .He believes that he
does not need to maintain any business as long as he maintain his
lifestyle.
