Effectivity of your employment will be on March 27, 2016
Below are the terms and conditions of your employment:
1. Tenure of Employment:
Your term of employment will be for five (5) months starting from the date stated above
up to August 27, 2016. The 5-month period is subject to performance evaluation as
stated below in item #5- Performance Evaluation in this contract.
2. Basic Salary:
Your daily basic salary will be as follows:

2.1 Basic Salary will be released within Five (5) Days from Salary Cut-Off.
2.213th month pay will be released only if the employee will complete the
contractwith Clearance Certificate or stop with valid reason
3. Government Mandatory Benefits:
The following will be deducted from your monthly salary in compliance with the
Government Regulations:
3.1 Social Security System 3.3 Pag-Ibig

(SSS)
3.2 Phil Health 3.4 Witholding Tax
4. Lates/Tardiness Deduction:
In observance of DOLE Article III of Labor Code: “OFFENSES AGAINTS JOB
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS”, WPRI will serve a Fifty Peso (P50.00) deduction for Three
(3) consecutive tardiness within one payroll cut-off period.

5. Adherence to WPRI Company Rules & Regulations:
As a contract employee of WPRI, you are required to adhere WPRI Company Rules &
Regulations and that any violations committed thereto will have a corresponding penalty
or disciplinary action/s.
6. Performance Evaluation:
As part of the WPRI service protocol to its clients:
 All employees will be evaluated base on their performance every month.
 The Performance Review Committee will recommend whether or not your
services will be continued or terminated even before the end of the contract
period.
7. Employees’ compliance:
As an employee of WPRI, you are required to comply and submit necessary proof of
documents as requirements of the company for legal procedures of your contract.
8. Conditions of Company Contract:

The employee hereby volunteer and agree for contractual status of employment without
expectation of retention pay/separation pay at the end of the contract.
9. Thief:
Criminal Law Philippines, Article 309. Penalties – Any person guilty of theft shall be
punished by:
 The penalty of “prison correccional” in its medium and maximum periods, if the
value of the thing stolen is more than Six thousand Pesos (P6,000.00) pesos but
does not exceed Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00).
 The penalty of “prison correctional” in its minimum and medium periods, if the
value of the property stolen is more than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) but does
not exceed Six Thousand Pesos (P6,000.00).
 “Arresto Mayor” in its medium period to “prison correccional” in its minimum
period, if the value of the property stolen is over Fifty Pesos (P50.00) but does
not exceed Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00).
 “Arresto Mayor” to its full extent, if such value is over Five Pesos (P5.00) but
does not exceed Fifty Pesos (P50.00).
 “Arresto Mayor” in its minimum and medium periods, if such value does not
exceed Five Pesos (P5.00).

Duties & Responsibilities of Sales Staff/Cashier/Stockman:
1. Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.

2. Sweep and mop store premises upon opening and closing of the store.
3. Wipe and clean glass window / show window.
4. Arrange and refill stocks once these are sold.
5. Ensures the achievement of sales targets on a daily basis.
6. Provides fast, efficient and friendly service to all customers.
7. Replenishes merchandise on display.
8. Maintains cleanliness and order in the shop floor.
9. Implements visual display guidelines and policies.
10. Relays to the Store Sales Manager feedback from customers.
11. Safeguards merchandise from internal and external theft.
12. Prepares merchandise for display.
13. Assists retagging of merchandise during price changes.
14. Relays to the Store Sales Manager basic items for re-ordering.
15. Relays to the Store Sales Manager fast and slow moving items.
16. Tallies individual sales with that recorded in the POS on a daily basis.
17. Report any fixtures which need repair in the store needs like e.g. replacing of
busted bulbs, dislocated cabinet hinges and any other maintenance needed by
the store.
18. Do unexpected errands ordered by the Store Sales Manager, like photocopying &
buying any store needs.
19. Perform quarterly inventories and reporting of daily sales to the SSM.
20. Practice the proper way of greetings, serving the customer needs and ensuring
they are satisfied with the service.
21. Attend weekly store meeting to convey any concerns that have or may transpired
during the course of their employment.
I. Stockman:
1. Responsible in handling of deliveries of stocks and arranging the same in

respective designated area.
2. Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom to speed up the
sales transaction and sales turn over.
3. Require to deliver wholesale stock/s as ordered by the Store Sales Manager and
requested by the wholesaler or customer/s.
II. Cashier / Cashier Reliever:
1. Responsible for the speed processing of purchase by the customer/s and in

securing payments made by the customer in the counter.
2. Responsible for securing and receiving valid payments for merchandise
purchased.
3. Responsible for the cleanliness of the store counter.
4. Responsible for the cash out of sales from the POS.
5. Do counting & reporting of total sales during the day to the SSM.
6. Maintaining of good store rapport of staff to customers.
