New Black Panther party Ten Point Program for Afrika

1. We believe that African Spirituality and all its tenants is the only true spiritual code for all Afrikans,
some of which are codified in the Holy Quran, the Bible and other sacred texts. We observe the sacred
teachings of UBUNTU, Ma’at as our guiding principles.

2. We want the Power to determine our own destinies as Afrikan people both at Home and in the
Diaspora. We are determined to determine the most fundamental of our human right, the inalienable
right for the indigenous people of the Afrikan land to shape and determine our own destiny.

3. Afrikan Land belongs to Afrikan people and must be returned to Afrikan people by any means
necessary

4. We want a true Unification of all Afrikans both at Home and in the Diaspora, we want the collapse of
artificial colonial boundaries in a sense we want to create a true Black Power that will be a major global
force standing against white domination that seeks to further perpetuate our oppression.

5. We want to have one global African tongue that unifies all Africans both at home and in the Diaspora. In
an attempt to restore and develop or lost culture as Afrikans we ought to start with our tongue as a
people. Kiswahili should be the unifying language for all Afrikans, Kiswahili is spoken in all Afrikan
regions and should learned by all African states to create a sense of uniformity and unity among
Afrikan people.

6. We want Afrikan centered education for Afrikans: Black people both in Afrika and in foreign countries
have gone through decades of extensive indoctrination and psychological cleansing making Afrikans
slaves to white domination, education or rather miseducation has played an integral role in the making
of a slave out of the children of Afrika.

7. We want an Afrikan centered healthcare system for Afrikans and decent housing for all Afrikans. The
so called black governments in Afrika have failed to create healthcare institutions that are
authentically Afrikan, they have grossly undermined Afrikan knowledge systems. These governments
continue feeding us harmful drugs that keep us dependent on the white man. We demand an effective
phasing out of foreign medicine that will lead to ultimate independence from western medicine that
milks Afrika off our resources. We want a system that will suit Afrikan needs.

8. We want a Black Powered Economy: We want full control over our economies in Afrika and any other
black economy in the Diaspora. Our Macro economy in Afrika is currently owned and regulated by
foreigners who further perpetuate black oppression. We therefore demand our mineral resources,
every produce by our land should benefit the beneficiaries of the land, the African people.

9. We want a Black Powered Police and Defense Force: History has proven countless times that the black
body is not safe in the face of oppression. The police force and defense force are apparatus to instill
fear in us and to constantly remind us that we are under constant surveillance; the white man does not
want us free he wants good slaves. We are being gunned down and criminalized daily because of our
sacred garments which are our black skin; our Blackness continues to be a curse to us more than a
blessing. We face perpetual torture from the police in our ghettos and townships, Afrikans are lynched
everyday by the police and the time has come for all of it to end.

10. We want Afrikan institutions: We want all Afrikan institutions in Afrika, controlling our institutions is
the true definition of being free as a people.
