Problem of startups with regard to employee performance and

employee satisfaction

Native lead foundation is the organization which helps to
make new entrepreneurs in tier 2 & 3 region. This foundation allocate
funds to entrepreneurs who has new and innovative ideas. From this
project I have understand that The startup companies need effective
employee performance in order to get effective employee performance
they should satisfy their employees well by their salary and extra benefit
so this study allows to understand level of employee performance and
how the startup satisfying their employees and how they should satisfy
their employees to increase their productivity By this study I have
understood that some startup companies couldn't able to pay the salary
to their employees , there is a due in the Salary. Some start-up companies
yearly turnover is just less than 1 lakhs . My recommendation to them is
they must provide the Salary in time and their job description should be
clear because many employees didn't like the work at startup companies
