NOTICE OF ESTOPPEL AND STIPULATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE TO


ALL YOUR STATE STATE STATUTES WHERE no bill of attainder, ex post facto law, law
impairing the obligation of contracts shall ever be enacted; AND MOTION TO INTERVENE WITH

to the 1861 Georgia Constitution, ARTICLE I. – Declaration of Fundamental Principles – Section 10 -

making irrevocable grant of special privileges or immunities shall be passed..” … Section 18: “Ex post
facto laws, and laws impairing the obligation of contracts, and retroactive legislation injuriously
affecting the right of the citizen, are prohibited.”

PURSUANT TO the 1861 Georgia Constitution, ARTICLE I. - DECLARATION OF


FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES - SECTIONS IV and V. Right to bail -- Habeas corpus.
4. “No citizen shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, except by due process of law; and of life or
liberty, only by the judgment of his peers.”
5. “The writ of ‘Habeas Corpus’ shall not be suspended unless in case of rebellion or invasion, the
public safety may require it.”

PURSUANT TO the 1861 Georgia Constitution, ARTICLE I. - DECLARATION OF

Security from search and seizure -- Conditions of issuance of warrant.
“The right of the People to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against
unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue but upon
probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place or places to be
searched, and the persons and things to be seized.”

PURSUANT TO the 1861 Georgia Constitution, ARTICLE I. - DECLARATION OF


FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES - SECTION XI.
Security and benefit of counsel – Persons charged with offense.
“Every person charged with an offence against the laws of the State shall have the privilege and
benefit of counsel;
 shall be furnished, on demand, with a copy of the accusation, and with a list of the witnesses
against him;
 shall have a compulsory process to obtain the attendance of his own witnesses;
 shall be confronted with the witnesses testifying against him; and
 shall have a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury.”

PURSUANT TO the 1861 Georgia Constitution, ARTICLE I. - DECLARATION OF
FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES - SECTION XIII. Attainder, operation of restricted.
“No conviction shall work corruption of blood or general forfeiture of estate.”

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT I, First-Middle: Last, Beneficiary of the 14th Amendment
PERSON, FIRST MIDDLE LAST, did not lawfully consent to become a 14th amendment CITIZEN
of the UNITED STATES or of the STATE OF YOUR STATE or of any other state in writing or by any
other form of consent. When I was a born as a baby, certain adhesion contracts such as the birth
certificate were issued, and a social security number was created in the above-mentioned names. Since
I was just born, this factor would have put me under legal disability to contract and not capable of
voluntarily, intentionally, and knowingly entering into such (or any) contracts (including this
constitution). When I was 15 years of age, my parents told me I had to get a Driver’s License / License
Permit, and I hereby rescind any and all signatures, withdraw my consent to be trustee, and revoke any
implied powers of attorney.

your agencies and contractors for using my name or my property, FIRST MIDDLE LAST, ens legis. I
hold a right of lien pursuant to my specific Affidavit of Fee Schedule upon which any person may be
liable jointly or severally.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the material facts giving rise to the constitutional question
are as follows:

to due process have been violated in the past.

not waive any part of my rights. Abide by way of your oaths to the Your State Constitution, or I may
seek recourse for damages I may suffer.
