Baby
What you will need:

Yarn
-Caron Simply Soft Neon Green
-Caron Simply Soft Off White
4.5mm hook
12mm safety eyes
Stuffing material
Scissors
Sewing needle
Note: Baby’s legs, body and head are done in one piece.
Legs(2 pieces)
Rnd 1: with neon green, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around. (12)
Rnd 3: (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) around. (18)
Rnd 4: (sc in each of the next 8 sts, 2 sc in next st) around. (20)
Rnd 5-13: sc in each st around. (20)
Stuff both legs.
For 1st leg, join sl st in first st. Fasten off.

For 2nd leg, do NOT sl st in 1st st. Do NOT fasten off.
Body:
Rnd 1: Hold legs together with upper inner thighs together. Insert hook in
the center on innermost thigh of first leg, pull out the loop from 2nd leg, sc in
same st(do not count this st just for connecting legs together), sc in next 20
sts on 2nd leg (mark 1st st), sc in next 20 sts on 1st leg. (40)
Rnd 2: sc in each st around. (40)
Rnd 3: sc in next 12 sts, sc 2 sts tog, sc in next 15 sts, sc 2 sts tog, sc in
next 9 sts. (38)
next 8 sts. (36)
next 9 sts. (34)
next 8 sts. (32)
next 7 sts. (30)

next 6 sts. (26)

From this round count 13 rounds down and insert 12mm safety eyes 7
stitches apart.
Rnd 27: (sc in next 2 sts, sc next 2 sts tog) around. Stuff. (18)
Rnd 28: (sc in next st, sc next 2 sts tog) around. (12)
Rnd 29: sc next 2 sts tog around. (6)
Fasten off.
Arm (make 2 pieces):

Rnd 1: with neon green, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 9-14: sc in each st around. Stuff. (12)
Fasten off. Sew to the body.
Hat:
Row 1: with neon green, ch 21, beg with 2nd ch from hook sc in each st
across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 2-61: working in back loops only: sc in each st across, ch 1, turn.
Row 62: working in back loops only: sc in each st across.
Fold your work in half and sew the sides and the top of the hat. Fasten off.
Monkey
What you will need:

Yarn - Caron Simply Soft – Soft Pink
4.5mm hook
12mm safety eyes
Stuffing material
White felt
Black embroidery floss
Scissors
Sewing needle
Note: monkey’s legs, body and head are done in one piece.
Legs(2 pieces)
Rnd 1: with pink, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Stuff both legs.

next 8 sts. (36)

Fasten off. Sew to the head.
Face:
Cut a piece of felt about 3 ¾ by 1 ¼ inches, then round the corners. With
black floss embroider the smile on it and then sew onto the head, right
below the eyes.
Giraffe
What you will need:

Yarn
-Caron Simply Soft Super Duper Yellow
-Caron Simply Soft Chocolate
4.5mm hook
12mm safety eyes
Stuffing material
White felt
Brown felt
Scissors
Sewing needle
Note: Giraffe’s legs, body and head are done in one piece.
Legs(2 pieces)
Rnd 1: with yellow, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Stuff both legs.

next 8 sts. (36)

next 8 sts. (32)
next 7 sts. (30)
next 5 sts. (28)

Head:

Fasten off.

Ear (make 2 pieces):

Fasten off. Do not stuff. Sew to the head.
Horn (make 2 pieces):

Rnd 1: with brown, chain 2, 7 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (7)
Rnd 6: sc next 2 sts tog around, changing to yellow in the last 2 loops of
the last st. (7)
Rnd 7-10: sc in each st around. Stuff.
Fasten off. Sew to the giraffe’s head.
Face:
Cut a piece of felt about 3 by 1 ½ inches, then round the corners. With
black floss embroider the nostrils on it and then sew onto the head, right
below the eyes.
Out of brown felt cut 3 or more circles ¾ inches in diameter and sew onto
giraffe’s body.
Owl
What you will need:

Yarn
-Caron Simply Soft Grape
-Caron Simply Soft Robins Egg
4.5mm hook
Stuffing material
White felt
Black felt
Scissors
Sewing needle
Note: Owl’s legs, body and head are done in one piece.
Legs(2 pieces)
Rnd 1: with purple(grape), chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Stuff both legs.

Body:
next 9 sts. (38)
next 8 sts. (36)

next 7 sts. (30)

Wing (make 2 pieces):

Rnd 1: with blue(robins egg), chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Fasten off. Do not stuff. Sew to the body.
Eyes:
Out of white felt cut out 2 circles about 2 inches in diameter. Out of black
felt cut out 2 pieces about 1 inch in diameter. Sew black pieces onto the
white pieces to make owl’s eyes, and then sew the eyes to the owl’s head.
Out of orange felt cut out a triangle to make a beak and sew it onto the
owl’s head.
Cut 5-6 pieces of blue(robins egg) yarn about 6 inches long, fold them in
half and attach on each side of the head(the same way you attach scarf
fringes) to make owl horns.
Bear
What you will need:

Yarn
-Caron Simply Soft Harvest Red
-Caron Simply Soft Bone
4.5mm hook
12mm safety eyes
Stuffing material
White felt
Black felt
Scissors
Sewing needle
Note: Bear’s legs, body and head are done in one piece.
Legs(2 pieces)
Rnd 1: with red, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Stuff both legs.

Body:
next 9 sts. (38)
next 8 sts. (36)
next 9 sts. (34)
next 8 sts. (32)
next 7 sts. (30)
next 5 sts, changing to bone color in the last 2 loops of the last st. (28)
next 6 sts. (26)
next 5 sts. (24)
next 5 sts. (22)
next 4 sts. (20)
next 4 sts. (18)
Stuff.
Head:
stitches apart.
Fasten off.

Rnd 1: with bone, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Ear (make 2 pieces):

Rnd 1: with bone, chain 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
Rnd 4: (sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st) around. (24)
Rnd 5-9: sc in each st around.
Do not stuff. Fasten off. Sew to the head.
Strap (make 2 pieces):

With red, chain 15.
Beg with 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each st across. Fasten off. Attach to
the bear’s overalls. Sew buttons on top of the straps in the front.
Face:
Cut a piece of white felt about 2 by 1 ¼ inches, then round the corners.
Out of black felt cut out a triangle where each side is about 1 inch long.
Sew the triangle on top of the white felt as seen on picture. With black floss
embroider the nose and sew everything on bear’s face about 3 rounds
down from the eyes.
