Main projects and achievements
Assistance in the Implementation ERP Oracle modules, identifying the users’ needs and communicating
them to the supplier (interface), helping the clients to use the systems, schedule and modules delivered control.
Delivering of administrative modules to the users on the schedule.

2) IT Procurement Analyst (from jul. 2017 to may 2018)


Main projects and achievements
Administrative Assistance to IT department, elaborating documents for the acquisition of softwares,
software factory with services specifications, delivery conditions, utilizing market research and benchmarking
research.

3) Compliance Analyst (from abr. 2016 to jul. 2017)


Main projects and achievements
Implantation of ethic culture program, antifraud and anticorruption, with emphasis on the following
actions: i) Elaboration of conduct norms, creation of prevention measures and controlling; ii) control and interruption
of misconduct; iii) Employee communication and training about ethical behaviour and iv) creation of ethical
integrated system with the Human Resources, Ombudsman, Audit, Ethic Committee, Communication and
Procurement.
Revision of complaint and treatment norm, with protection measures for the denouncer. Diagnosis of the
company’s retaliation situation; discussion about norm implantation about sexual harassment, with benchmarking
research, document with suggestions.

4) Procurement Analyst (from jul.2011 to abr.2016)


Main projects and achievements
Conduct of bidding for supplier acquisition of integrated solution of IT, which had the following actions: i)
proposal analysis in electronic platform; ii) winner supplier approval with the IT area and iii) meetings with involved
areas during the bidding process. This project proportionated systems more automated and integrated for Human
Resources, Supply and Financial area, with the process approved by the intern and extern. Bidding concluded with
the value of approximately R$ 20 million.
Group coordination which conducted the bidding process for architecture/engineering technical study,
with emphasis on the following actions: i) group leadership, included team training; ii) Occurrence of public sessions
with suppliers and iii) proposal analysis e winner supplier definition. The winner supplier was hired within the
technical and legal criteria. Bidding concluded with the value of approximately R$ 1 million.
Contract management and deadline control, doing contracting additives, deadline extensions, market
research, consulting the parts to verify interests, analysing the possibilities and conditions for new contracts.
Procurement documents elaboration (bidding), attending the demand and the legal orientations.
Supplier selection in electronic platform, attending the existing laws, analysing proposals, giving
declaration of winner supplier, answering appeals.

5) Deputy Manager of Procurement (from nov.2011 to nov.2013)


Main projects and achievements
Managing of the procurement department, as deputy manager, being responsible by purchases, supplier
hiring, contract management and payments, attending deadlines, demands, priorities, leading team of 8 people.

Elaboration of documents with goods and services specifications, delivery conditions, utilizing market
