Responsibilities and Key Assignments: Responsible for generating leads and closing deals by
identifying the needs of the clients through continuous interaction, probing and suggesting
customized solutions to match requirements.
Managing complete Sales process, including area mapping, cold calling, prospecting and
pitching the product and services to the clients as per their requirements and usage behavior
over the application.
Meeting 16-18 clients per week. Also, up selling and cross selling and ensuring revenue
targets are met.
Handling client grievances and taking constant feedback from client on product and
giving preference to their satisfaction and promptly resolving their problems and concerns
for referral and repeat business.
Setting up a deal pricing with the client while achieving desired profit.
Preparing weekly accounts receivables and accounts payable reports using MS Excel.
Perform and manage project management functional tasks and performing day to day
management activities.
Interacting with senior level and external clients to discuss recommendations.
Supervises the activity of subordinates.
Manages all operational activities of training centre.
Analyzing company performance through past report and transactions.
Educational qualification
➢ Completed B.Tech (Mechanical) from Babu Banarasi Das Educational Society Group Of
Institution (BBDEC) with 71.8 CGPA in 2015.
➢ Completed Intermediate from CBSE board, with 68.33 % in 2011.
➢ Completed 10th from CBSE Board, with 77.3 in 2009.
