As an accomplished Mechanical engineer with over 11+ year’s experience in the field of
Mechanical Product design, Development, Piping design & drafting, I am well positioned to join
your company and make an immediate positive impression. My key areas of expertise include, but are
not limited to the following;

1. Designing & modelling the pipe routing based on P&ID and vendor data sheet in AutoCAD
plant 3D, Cadworx, using Codes and Standards like ANSI/ASME, ASTM & API.
2. Preparing Equipment Layout, Piping specification and Line list along with Valve,
Instrumentation and fitting component with the help of P & ID’s.
3. Preparing Plot plan, Nozzle orientation drawing, piping layout, Equipment layout (section,
Elevation) and GAD drawings.
4. Preparation of piping Isometric drawings from piping Layout for fabrication and erecting
work.
5. Checking of isometric as per Piping layout, Line List, P&ID & Piping Specification.
6. Co-ordination with Client, vendors and internal disciplines for approval, Cad & Isometric
release to site work.
7. Modification of P&ID as per final designed Isometrics.
8. Preparation of Equipment fabrication drawing based on customer request.
9. Preparation of Line MTO using P&ID, Piping Material Specification and Valve Data Sheet.
10. Proficient in CAD Concept Designing, Complex Assemblies in Autodesk Inventor and
Solidworks, Industrial Design, Concept Sketching, 3D Modelling and detailing.
11. Exceptional at creating new ideas and developing from concept to production.
12. Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
13. Good knowledge on Sheet Metal Design, Plastic Design and Casting.
14. Good knowledge of Design and Drawing standards of GD&T as per ASME Y14.5.
15. Good in Estimation of jobs, QC checking and new product development document creation
(PPAP).
16. Handling of Engineering change requests (ECR) by validating & documenting changed
drawings & models.
17. Excellent in installation and manufacturing drawing creation.
18. Engage and participate in all relevant engineering activities including design reviews,
engineering changes requests.
