 Should be efficient, self-motivated, organized, systematic a good communicator, and IT literate.


 Must be able to operate efficiently under stressful conditions.

 Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Managing Calendars, conference calls,
videoconferences and Set up skip level meetings with Leaders.

 Should have prior Experience as Executive Assistant in companies.

 He should have excellent communication skills.

 Managing expenses, travel & supporting the team on other systems requirements.

 Able to handle Financial & performance reporting, Strategic alliances, various analysis, be a shadow of the
CEO, enrich the CEO with intellectual inputs on technical, financial, Business opportunities.

 Maintain all correspondence, files, documents as may be required for future reference in an orderly
manner.

 Maintain a log of telephone calls received during the day and communicate the same to the authority in a
timely manner.

 Forwarding all letters/ correspondence to other departments as instructed, keeping a record of the same.

 Assisting the Reporting Senior in scheduling meetings within the organization as well as with other
external parties and intimate him of changes if any, in the same.

 Arranging to send couriers and such other mail as may be instructed by the Reporting Senior.

 Perform other tasks as assigned by the organization.

 Co-ordination between Departmental Heads and concerned Directors.

 Follow-up with external as well as internal parties for targets and deadlines.

 Arranging travel (international as well as domestic), visa, hotel bookings, airport transfers, etc.

 Timely scheduling and communication of matters related to meeting schedules, etc.

 Provide support in preparation of reports & presentations.

 Maintain and update filing system for contracts and agreements.


 One point contact for all Management Review Meeting/ MIS

 Special Assignments/ Projects decided by the Management and CEO Planning, execution and co-
ordination

 Business Planning

 Co-ordination with all Division Heads, HODs, Auditors etc.

 Progression towards Business Development or Senior Leadership role

 Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
