for RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO HOMICIDE AND LESS SERIOUS
PHYSICAL INJURIES against MATEO ESTER, of legal age, married and a resident of Don
Esteban Lapuz, La Paz, Iloilo City. The incident happened on last March 28, 2006 at about 4
o’clock in the afternoon Brgy. Cubay, Lambunao, Iloilo, Philippines.
