Seattle, WA, July 22, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Independent Seattle film production company Devotional
Studios has announced their first feature length film My Evenings with Thomas. The subversive science
fiction musical stars actor Joseph le Compte, who is best known for films Moose (2015) and Sudsy Slim
Rides Again (2018). Taking place in a netherworld beach town, Thomas is terrorized by an intergalactic
Mayan alien king who knows no boundary.

To be shot in black and white the film is directed by Seattle native Kenji Harman, known for
award-winning experimental short Hyperloop Dreams (2017). This will be Harman's debut feature and
promises to bring the surreal and fine art to film sensibility he is known for. He describes the film as if,
“The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Eraserhead, and La La Land had a threesome and gave birth.”

The film originated as a stage play written and directed by le Compte with an eight-week run at the Next
Stage Theater in Los Angeles, California.
