Every vehicle parking on Tahquitz High School property MUST be registered with the ASB office and a parking

decal must be affixed to the back window on the lower driver’s side corner. ​The cost of the permit is $5.00 with
TSB / $10.00 without TSB. ​ Replacement decals must be purchased in ASB.

All students must park in the designated student parking lots and each vehicle must affix the decal to the
lower driver’s side corner of rear window at all times while on school property​ Student parking is in the
northwest corner adjacent to Titan Stadium. Assigned Senior parking will be the last row in the parking lot in front
of the gym and can only be purchased during registration.

Please fill out the information below and return to ASB during registration or to the ASB office after school starts.
Students must also bring a copy of their driver’s license, insurance and vehicle registration for us to keep
on file.

If any of the vehicle information changes at any time during the calendared school year, it must be updated with
the ASB office IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so will result in loss of parking privileges.

All vehicles parked at Tahquitz High School are subject to search at any time.
