ADVANCE PARKING SERVICE

ABSTRACT

This project is entitled as “Advance Parking Service” development of this project is

Visual Basic.Net 2008 and the back tool used for storing database is SQL Server 2005.
This project contain main module such as aadhaar verification, vehicle verification,
available space in the parking area and billing. When one driver park the vehicle in the parking
place, parking keeper just enter aadhaar number in the project after it will display the all details
about driver. It contains the driver license number, name, address, mobile number, and driver
photo, mail id.
These details are correct after the parking keeper once enter the vehicle number after it
will retrieve information from the existing database then it will display about the vehicle number,
owner name, owner photo, owner address, phone number and mail id. After the parking keeper
enter the car model number and verify the available space in the parking area. If free space
available in the parking area after customer will park the car in the parking area.
When a customer search for a number, if the parking is available, they will be taken to a
page that shows the details of the parking service including customer details, parking details,
availability, license details and billing details etc.

MODULE DESCRIPTION

Customer Details
This module is used for customer details like customer id, customer name, mobile no,
address, license details etc.
Parking Details
When the vehicle comes to parking, the vehicle allots the area for parking and then he
enters the area number and time in the database. It includes Parking identification number,
Customer Identification number, Customer name, Vehicle type, Vehicle number, Area number,
Date and time, remarks etc.
Availability
This module is used to availability of Area .Any Customer reserve the particular area,
empty area Search this module used.
License Details
This module is used to License details. It includes License number, Vehicle number,
Vehicle type, Customer name, Customer identification number, Mobile no, Customer address
License expiry date.
Billing Details
This module is used to billing details it includes like Billing Number, Customer name,
Vehicle type, Vehicle number, Area number, In Date and time, In time, Out time, Total days,
Total hour, Total minutes, Amount.
