Please take a few minutes to attentively read the following information regarding
your commitment to enroll at IFA Paris. Make sure that you fully understand and
agree with all details before committing yourself. When you have decided, please
sign the “Personal declaration of the applicant” located at the end of this form to
confirm your enrollment.
2. IFA Paris also reserves the right to monitor the progress of our
students once enrolled, including the right to stop students' courses
according to their academic performance, ability to submit tuition, or
behavior contrary to our rules and regulations.
3. Each academic year has two semesters. The annual fee for our
Bachelor in Fashion Design and Technology is 7,500 Euros/year
(Including an application fee of 200 euros). This fee covers all
required courses to successfully complete the Bachelor program.
Some extra courses may be available from time to time at an extra
cost.
4. Yearly tuition fee is of 7,500 Euros/year and is paid once a year for
international students. Students from the European Union need to
pay 2,500 Euros upon registration, 2,500 Euros on August 30th 2010
and 2,500 Euros on December 1st.
7. Students who wish to defer their studies must visit the Academic
Services Department to complete the Application for Deferment of
Studies Form at least 10 working days before the beginning of the
semester. Students are permitted to defer their studies only after the
school grants permission. For those students postponing their studies,
their academic records will be preserved for a period of two years. If
the student has not returned within two years, all his or her academic
records will be canceled.
11. IFA Paris will not change any assessed grades unless a mistake is
confirmed. Students are evaluated through the semester and must
take exams when scheduled. Students who cannot attend an exam
without formally informing the school will automatically fail the exam.
For those who can provide a proof of a serious reason to be missing
an exam, the school can decide to organize a make up exam.
12. Students must obey national laws and school rules (which are found
in the IFA Paris Student Handbook). Any behavior against these
laws, regulations, and school rules will be punished. Serious or
repeated infractions may result in the loss of student status. All
punishments will be decided by IFA Paris per the guidelines found in
the IFA Paris Student Handbook.
13. Students own the intellectual property rights to all the works, designs,
pictures, grey cloth, etc. they create in the course of their studies at
IFA Paris. However, IFA holds permanent usage rights of student
works for use in teaching and marketing.
14. IFA Paris reserves the right to modify or update any section of this
document without notice.
