Enrollment Agreement

Please take a few minutes to attentively read the following information regarding
your commitment to enroll at IFA Paris. Make sure that you fully understand and
agree with all details before committing yourself. When you have decided, please
sign the “Personal declaration of the applicant” located at the end of this form to
confirm your enrollment.

1. IFA Paris is open to all applicants who possess a high school

diploma or equivalent certification, but we reserve the right to refuse
any application at our discretion.

2. IFA Paris also reserves the right to monitor the progress of our
students once enrolled, including the right to stop students' courses
according to their academic performance, ability to submit tuition, or
behavior contrary to our rules and regulations.

3. Each academic year has two semesters. The annual fee for our
Bachelor in Fashion Design and Technology is 7,500 Euros/year
(Including an application fee of 200 euros). This fee covers all
required courses to successfully complete the Bachelor program.
Some extra courses may be available from time to time at an extra
cost.

4. Yearly tuition fee is of 7,500 Euros/year and is paid once a year for
international students. Students from the European Union need to
pay 2,500 Euros upon registration, 2,500 Euros on August 30th 2010
and 2,500 Euros on December 1st.

5. In the case of late tuition payment, there is an extra management fee

of 20 euros per week late. If the student has not submitted his or her
fees at the commencement of a new term, he or she will not be
permitted to attend class until tuition is submitted.

6. If the student wishes to withdraw his or her studies before the

beginning of his or her first term, he or she needs to fill the
Statement of withdrawal Form with the student and guarantor’s
signatures at the Academic Services Department. To receive a full
refund of tuition, not including his or her application fee, the student
must provide written notice to the Academic Services Department 30
days before the beginning of the term. Within 30 days of the
beginning of the term, a refund is no longer possible.

7. Students who wish to defer their studies must visit the Academic
Services Department to complete the Application for Deferment of
Studies Form at least 10 working days before the beginning of the
semester. Students are permitted to defer their studies only after the
school grants permission. For those students postponing their studies,
their academic records will be preserved for a period of two years. If
the student has not returned within two years, all his or her academic
records will be canceled.

8. Students who wish to be re-admitted to school are required to

complete the Application for Re-admission from Academic
Services Department 10 working days before the beginning of the
new semester and are allowed to be re-admitted upon the approval
of the school. Students who resume their studies within one year
after approval are required to pay 100 euros as a re-admission fee,
and 200 euros for re-admission within two years. Students who
resume within the applied time in their withdrawal application shall
pay the tuition according to that of the year when their withdrawal
applications were approved. For students who fail to resume within
the applied time, tuition will be charged according to that of the year
in which their re-admission applications are approved.

9. Following the successful completion of our 3-year Bachelor program

in Fashion Design and Technology students are awarded our
diploma whether they complete their studies in Paris or in Shanghai.
Bachelor graduates are then welcome to apply to any of our graduate
programs.

10. Courses’ schedule is set at the beginning of the term, but

adjustments are possible if necessary. Hour reduction of courses will
not exceed 10% of the entire schedule. IFA Paris will try to adjust the
schedule to ensure the continuity of courses influenced by internal
factors, such as teacher illness or accident. In the case of external
factors, such as infectious diseases or other events beyond the
control of IFA Paris, IFA will attempt to adjust the course schedule to
compensate for lost classes but cannot promise the whole hours for
every course.

11. IFA Paris will not change any assessed grades unless a mistake is
confirmed. Students are evaluated through the semester and must
take exams when scheduled. Students who cannot attend an exam
without formally informing the school will automatically fail the exam.
For those who can provide a proof of a serious reason to be missing
an exam, the school can decide to organize a make up exam.

12. Students must obey national laws and school rules (which are found
in the IFA Paris Student Handbook). Any behavior against these
laws, regulations, and school rules will be punished. Serious or
repeated infractions may result in the loss of student status. All
punishments will be decided by IFA Paris per the guidelines found in
the IFA Paris Student Handbook.

13. Students own the intellectual property rights to all the works, designs,
pictures, grey cloth, etc. they create in the course of their studies at
IFA Paris. However, IFA holds permanent usage rights of student
works for use in teaching and marketing.

14. IFA Paris reserves the right to modify or update any section of this
document without notice.
