Processing Charges
Processing Fee From Salary A/c, for Rs. 11030/- in favour of “Axis Bank Limited (Home
Loan)” loan amount less than 20 lacks processing fee is 0.50 % + service tax 10.3 % on the
loan amount.
In Case of any deviation 5515/- Processing Fees is not Refundable.

Documents Required for Home Loan (SALARIED)
Most Important: All documents are to be self attested.

1.) Date of birth proof of all applicants. ( PAN card or Passport or 10th Certificate).
2.) ID proof of all applicants. ( Voter's ID card or driving license or PAN card or photo
credit card or employees ID card or defence or police or government department ID
card).
3.) Residence proof of all applicants.(Updated Bank account statement or latest
electricity bill or latest mobile or telephone bill or latest credit card statement or latest
LIC policy or insurance premium receipt or employers letter certifying the current
mailing address or latest NSC or other similar instruments indicating the address or
existing house lease agreement).
4.) Photograph of Applicants and Co-applicant or Guarantor duly self attested on the
front side including Application Form.
5.) Latest 3 months salary slip in original or duly attested by HR/Accounts depts.(if there
is variation in salary then 6 months’ salary slips) & CTC (If required).
6.) Latest six month bank statement (Till Date) in which salary is credited (original).
7.) Latest 2 years Form 16 along with ITR (Assessment year 2010-2011 & 2011-2012).
8.) Copy of Appointment Letter/Contract Letter in case of job changed within one year
along with previous employer’s form16.
9.) In case of any loan EMI going from any of your other bank, then copy of bank
statement for latest six month along with a sanction letter ( of that loan ) or latest track
record.

10.) Highest Qualification Certificate.

11.) Copy of Property papers (In case of direct allotment- Payment Receipt, Allotment
letter or Booking booklet will do).

NOTE:- Co-Applicant is Mandatory.

If Co-applicant is Financial then all documents Required as Applicant and if


Co-applicant is Non-Financial then Only KYC Documents Required.

Voter id, Ration Card and Driving license not valid for Residence Proof.

Terms and Conditions


Repayment
 Repayment period for home loans shall not exceed 25 years.
 Repayment period of pre-allotment bookings of housing loans shall not exceed 1½
year
 Repayment period of improvement or renovation or extension of existing property
shall not exceed 10 years.

Security

Equitable mortgage of the property to be financed by way of deposit of title deeds.


Disbursement

The loan will be disbursed in full or in suitable instalments, taking into account the
requirement of funds and progress of construction, as assessed by the Bank directly to seller
or builder or local development authority or supplier of materials etc.
