Nexlinx Networks is a leading Internet, Networking and Telecommunication Solutions providing
company, operating in the highly competitive IT industry of Pakistan since 1997. Where it has

Our experience into satellite access provided us with the key insight that while DVB-S2/RCS ser-
vices allowed us to deliver satellite access at far lower rates than dedicated SCPC, it was still way
higher than what most clients were willing to pay. The high cost of CPE, clearly served as a major
barrier in large scale adoption.

NEXLINX in partnership with YahSat plans to introduce affordable Ka-band Satellite broadband
services to expand its product range and finally realize the potential of providing affordable and
dependable satellite broadband to the Pakistan market.

Nexlinx believes in innovation and updating its infrastructure time to time. “Nexfinity” is another
venture which shall help in reaching consumer clients with an extra ordinary services of FTTH
(Fiber to the Home). 2018 shall be the year of revolutionized services in Pakistan for Nexlinx

“By the grace of Allah‚ we have completed 22 successful years of
Nexlinx and are entering into an exciting Twenty Third. During last 22
years since Nexlinx has launched its services in Pakistan, our organiza-
tion has gone from different stages of Information technology boom
to a stage where its importance is evident to everyone, and finally are
moving forward to become a brand icon in Information Technology
industry.

In next coming years, we will continue to expand and take our tech-
nology network and customers to the most dominant levels of Paki-
stan. Our new Division of Nexfinity is one of the finest addition in year

Nexlinx manages its support and maintenance activities through a centralized system thanks to
Kayako. Kayako SupportSuite is one of the leading ticket-tracking systems featuring a
knowledge base builder, reports, integrated download manager, step-by-step troubleshooter
builder and SLA management. Integrated with SharePoint 2013 at Nexlinx Networks, Kayako
SupportSuite provides customizable work-flow capabilities that leads to best management of
the tickets on timely basis, achieve higher success rates in complaint resolution. Kayako’s main-
tains an impressive client portfolio, decorating its profile with impressive names such as NASA,
Toshiba, MTV, Pearson, SEGA, Avast, Hitachi and many more.
