reference only. As they keep changing this time to time as required plus i can't share the
exact data as its not for general distribution
Progressive Maths

Brief Overview
This test is approx 30 minutes long and the timer will commence when you start the test. The majority of questions are based at
the higher end of syllabus taught by the end of compulsory school learning i.e 10+2 level. There could be 20-30 Qns in total

Applied Maths – e.g. calculating headwinds and crosswinds

Sample Questions
1. From a boat, the angle of elevation of the foot of a lighthouse on the edge of a cliff is 44°. If the
cliff is 250 m high, how far from the base of the cliff is the boat.

2. If you are flying on a heading of 090° and make a left turn of 45°, what will be your new heading?

Sample Questions
1. In an emergency stop, a driver applies the brakes in a car travelling at 54 ms-1. The car stops
after travelling 25.4m while braking. Calculate the average acceleration of the car during
braking?

2. Calculate the current passing through a 7.9 Ω resistor when it is connected to a 20V
FAST

Brief Overview
This is a physical assessment stage which basically like a flight simulator which tests your cognitive skills,
situational awareness , monitoring , reporting & coordination skill. Coordination assessment or fixed wing
simulation could be taken separately as shown in next page or may be incorporated in this FAST test only.

Cognitive Test

Types of cognitive questions asked are

o Numerical Reasoning
o Verbal Reasoning
o Abstract Reasoning
o Perceptual Speed and Accuracy
o Spatial Relationship Reasoning
o Working Memory

Explaination Watch
Note : This setup Below Video
could be Joystick I
and Throttle based
also as i told you in
the video. So you
have to refer your
manual instructions
for that, as I only
know about this
pattern only
Co-ordination Assessment

Brief Overview
In this task you have to maintain a ball all the times at the center of a targeted circle which tries to move on its own in
any direction. So with the help of a joystick you need to continuously maintain the ball inside it.

So this is all from my side as per information i have ,which you can use as a
reference, and you don't have to worry about this test as you will get a
handbook few days before and get enough time to study. So try to read it
multiple times as much as possible and go for the test . All the best
