IRR 3.3 The Infographics entry that will garner the highest points shall be
awarded as the winner of the National Infographics
Competition 2019 and shall receive a certificate and a plaque
from NFJPIA. The 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up shall receive
certificates and will be recognized during the 22nd National
Mid-Year Convention.
IRR 4.0 VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS GUIDELINES
IRR 4.1 The above-mentioned portfolio is intended for NFJPIA and
related persons information exchange only. The
organization’s executive officers shall maintain the relevance,
reliability and confidentiality, if deemed necessary, of these
files through the strict implementation of its rules and
regulations.
IRR 4.2 Violations of these general guidelines shall result to a
reprimand from the National Vice President for Graphics and
Publication.
IRR 4.3 Violations of these general guidelines shall result in:
1stOffense: Regional Council/Local Chapter will merit a
reprimand from the National Vice President for
Graphics and Publication.
2ndOffense: Disqualification
IRR 6.3 Any request for amendments and revisions as well as proposed
amendments must initially be reviewed by the National Vice
President for Graphics and Publication then to be forwarded to the
National Executive Officers for discussion, editing and final approval
and to be noted by the National Adviser.
IRR 6.4 The National Executive Officers shall have the right to debunk any
proposed revisions and amendments, submitted to them by the
National Vice President for Graphics and Publication, which are
deemed unnecessary. The final decision on any inclusions and
exclusions to this Implementing Rules and Regulations must be
determined by a majority vote of all National Executive Officers in
which the National Vice President for Graphics and Publication is
included.
IRR 6.5 Amendments to particular provisions in this Implementing Rules and
Regulations shall be allowed provided that such amendments will be
communicated to stakeholders at least two weeks before it could
take effect.
