Main Aims:
 By the end of the lesson learners will have developed their speaking skills in the context of discussing about different jobs, their
advantages and disavantages, elements of a happy working life and the ideal job.
Subsidiary Aims:
 By the end of the lesson learners will have developed their skills of listening for specific information in the context of a radio
report on a survey about ideal jobs.
 By the end of the lesson learners will have understood and used vocabulary items related to the above mentioned report: ‘to aspire
(to)’, ‘ drove ’, ‘ striking’, ‘vocation’, ‘ reluctance (to)’, ‘ outlandish’.
Anticipated problems:
1. Learners might not know the meaning of all the words from the listening activity.
