Resumen

Este proyecto aborda la identificación de los hábitos de estudio y estilos de

aprendizaje de los estudiantes de sexto grado de la institución educativa la laguna con el

fin de conocer las formas preferidas de aprendizaje de los individuos y de esta manera

establecer cuáles son las actividades didácticas utilizadas por otros autores que más se

acercan o adaptan al contexto de la institución, se pretende caracterizar los estilos de

aprendizaje mediante la aplicación del test formulado por Felder y Silverman (1988). y así

conocer la forma en la que aprenden dentro del aula de clase, además se aplicará un

encuesta que busca conocer cómo y donde estudian al encontrarse dentro de sus hogares,

identificando el tiempo que toman para estudiar y las principales fuentes de distracción que

se presentan allí. Los resultados que arrojen tanto el test como la encuesta servirán para

conocer que estrategias de aprendizaje establecidas en otros estudios son pertinentes para

ellos. Este trabajo abarca un recorrido conceptual por temas como la motivación, los estilos

de aprendizaje, estrategias basadas en los estilos de aprendizaje, hábitos de estudio,

aprendizaje de las matemáticas, aprendizaje significativo y colaborativo, estrategias

didácticas y situaciones problémicas. De esta forma el docente podrá tener una fuente con

la cual orientar sus clases para que coincidan con el estilo de aprendizaje de sus estudiantes.
 Summary

This project addresses the identification of the study habits and learning styles of

sixth grade students of the educational institution la Laguna in order to know the preferred

ways of learning of individuals and in this way, as well as didactic activities used by other

authors that are closer to or adapted to the context of the institution, it is about

characterizing learning styles by applying the test formulated by Felder and Silverman

(1988). and thus know the way in which they learn within the classroom, in addition a

survey will be applied that seeks to know how and where they study when they are inside

their homes, identifying the time they take to study and the main sources of distraction that

arise there. The results of both the test and the survey will serve to know what learning

strategies established in other studies are relevant to them.. This work covers a conceptual

journey through topics such as motivation, learning styles, strategies based on learning

styles, study habits, mathematics learning, meaningful and collaborative learning, teaching

strategies and problem situations. In this way the teacher can have a source with which to

guide their classes to match the learning style of their students.
