BOS forwarded the remaining ideas to FYP committees to re-evaluate their description & KPI and
give final decision.

Agenda 3:- OBE committee discussion

Following points were discussed and approved in Board of Studies (presented by OBE
committee).

 Adding Complex Engineering Problems in course files with their attributes mentioned as
per PEC OBA manual.
 Adding CQI incidents on LMS in case of individual level. In case of cohort level, respective
faculty member will share written remarks/reason(s) on the issue.
 Evaluate CLOs that are mapped to PLO 6 – 12 separately and keep its record in course
files.
 OBE committee will have conveners of all other committees as it’s member and Dr.
Khaldoon from NCEAC accreditation committee will handle CS related activities and OBE
will supervise NCEAC committee.
 OBE committee will conduct biweekly/monthly meeting with conveners of all committees
and OBE committee members.
