Activity No. 1: Defining Your Emotions

1. If this feeling was a color, it would be Color Lavandeir


Event/Situation:
Because for me that color represents of being coolness. Like if I have a problem I need to think ways to solve
my problem.

2. If this feeling was a weather, it would be Rainy days


Event/Situation:
When we have rainy days . I feel im alone I feel sad I think some memories like the past memories.

3. If this feeling was a landscape, it would be Islands / Sea / Trees / Mountain


Event/Situation:
One time I feel my depression I feel my tiredness I feel my sadness overload. I was thinking the way to
relieve my emotions and that day i go to the moa and I go the seaside wherein you can see the sea the boats the
waves of the sea and I sit there and I was more focus on the sun that going down. it was so amazing I feel happy
on that day.

4. If this feeling was a music, it sound like Rock song


Event/Situation:
Because rock song makes me feel happy and comportable. I can express my vocal ability when I sing some
rock song. Like don’t stop believing by the journey I feel like hoping and believing our self is one of the way to
get some goals in our life

5. If this feeling was a object, it would be Foods / Books


Event/Situation:
Because when I feel tired and depressed i go somewhere like going to southmall just to eat foods there. I can
feel myself without anyone im mean im more comportable with that.

Activity No. 2: My Antidotes

Part 1: What are some things that might help you feel better when you feel:

Frustrated - My patient

Impatient - I don’t want to talk to anyone

Intolerant - Keeping Silent

Overworked - Eating foods go somewhere alone.

Overwhelmed - I Feel like very happy I can put the smile on my face,

Undervalued - I was thinking the positive way to relieve my emotions.

Underpaid - I think this are temporary only.

Underappreciated I was watching Inspirational story.

Disappointed - I tend to be understand the situations.

Critical - I tend to be calm

Judgemental - I feel fairness but I was able to show my patient skill.

Disobeyed - I was thingking the positive rather than negative

Discouraged - I need to believe my self . set another chance.

Afraid - I do prayer
Drained - I wanted to sleep until become okay. Out of control - I was crying but after that. I will
be okay

Part 2: Thinking about your own choices helps give you a sense of power and control. This calms you in times of stress.
As a result, you are more able to respond in accepting reasonable and positive way.

1. When I am feeling Stress / I can do eating outwhere by myself.

2. When I am feeling Lonely/ I can listen to the musics.

3. When I am feeling Sad / I can sleep in long hour.

4. When I am feeling Hungy / I can do watching funny videos.

5. When I am feeling Shy/ I can only do smiling.

I can laugh When my need to feel Depressed / is not being met ,

I can focus to my study

I can do smile everyday

1. Are you motivated to achieve what you really want in life?


o Yes: GOALS/TARGETS
Because we all know that everybody can achieve their goals in there life. I have also dreams in my life I
want to get my journey someday. I want to be a licensed pharmacy someday because I want to share my
knowledge about medicine or drug. Especially the poor people that the don’t have any idea regarding to
drugs. I want to explore the world. I want to study the differences languages so that I can able to talk or
communicate people in other country’s I wanted to be rich someday so that I can help poor peoples.
Giving charitys for the abandoned peoples. Make the really specials in this world.

By trusting my self. By thinking good ideas that I can able to use to get or to achieve my goals. I will do
