Guidelines to fill up the Application Form Online

For UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION NO. -2018-2019


1. User/Applicant/Candidate must have following information.
1.1 Email Id/Mobile no. are mandatory for all candidates as all the information
and notifications of entrance will be received on the email and mobile number
and when needed.
1.2 Personal Computer/Laptop/Mobile/Tablet with good internet connection is
necessary for filling up the form.
1.3 Black and White/ Colour Printer is must for printing of the application form.
1.4 Scanner is required for scanning the photograph and signature.
1.5 Recent coloured passport size photograph of candidate is required for form
filling (Scanning and Uploading in .jpeg or .jpg format only. File Size of scanned
photograph should not be more than 50kb.)
1.6 Use blue/black pen for signature (for scanning and uploading in ".jpeg" or
“.jpg” format only. File size of scanned signature photograph should not be
more than 20KB).
1.7 Access to an online payment facility / service such as-
 Net Banking
 Credit card
 ATM-cum-Debit card
2. Instructions for User/Applicants/Candidates.
2.1 A printout of online submitted application form or proof of payment of Online
Unique Identification No. fee is to be submitted to the University. However, the
candidates should retain a copy of the said documents for their own record.
2.2 Original certificates issued by competent authority supporting your mentioned
details in form will be asked from you ONLY at the time of admission. If data
provided in the online application is not supported by appropriate documents
then your application / claim for admission shall be summarily rejected.
3. Steps which User/Applicants/Candidates should follow while filling up the form.
Note: Before proceeding to fill up the online application form, please ensure that
you have the required details and scanned image files of yours -
(1) Recent passport size colour photograph and
(2) Signature, which will be needed at different stages of process. The entire process
of filling online application form can be completed in multiple stages.
Major Stages of Registration and Form filling form.

1. Registration has to be made on RMLAU Unique Identification No-


(http://www.rmlau.site) for the online application process.
Click on Pre-Registration Tab (Blue Colour Tab)
2. You have to fill following details for registration- (With All
mandatory details)
3. After which user/applicants/candidates will be getting Unique
Identification no.
4. After which you have to make payment with the appropriate fees
using (Debit/Credit cards).
5. After you have submitted the fees successfully, you will get
Transaction ID for further reference.
6. After which candidate has to Fill Personal details, Educational
Details & upload Photo and Signature to complete the Unique
Identification no. process.
7. After which your Unique Identification No. is complete, then you
take the printout of the E-Receipt for future reference.
8. After Completion of your Registration form you get Unique
Identification Number. After this take Your E-Receipt and Go to
College where you wish to take Admission.
Steps to Fill the Registration form on RMLAU Unique Identification No. Portal
(http://www.rmlau.site) for Online Unique Identification Application Process.

Step 1. Visit the link (http://www.rmlau.site) then click on Pre-Registration for Fees Payment
(Blue Tab) for registration.

Step 2. Fill the Details below for on Pre-Registration For Fees Payment.

 Name of Candidate
 Father’s Name (Don’t use Mr./Shri.)
 Mother’s Name
 Date of Birth
 Mobile No.
 Aadhar No.
 Email Id
 Course Name
 Fee
Note: After filling the complete form please accept the condition and
click submit.
Step 3. After complete Pre-Registration For Fees Payment, please note unique Serial
Number generated after filling the registration form.

Step 4.
Then you have to pay the Online Fees, click on Make payment option to make the payment
Step 5. Then you will be redirected to HDFC online payment gateway for further processing
of the payment.

Step 6: Make the Selection to choose Card or Net Banking payment option

Step 7: After filling up the right details your payment will be verified and you need to click on
pay now to process the payment.
 Step 8: After the payment is complete and you will get the Transaction ID, you will be
redirected to main site of RMLAU Unique Identification No. for further processing of
application by filling Personal details, Educational Details and uploading of Photograph
and Signature.

Upload Photograph and Signature

Step 10: After you have completed the details of filling, uploading of Photograph and
Signature. Recheck the details and submit the form.
Step 10: After you have completed the details of filling, Applicant View All Fill details, If
Applicant need any correction, he is able do correction here. Any correction not required
then click on Checkbox, enter image captcha and click on final Submit.
Step 12: Your registration is complete, now please note the Unique Identification No. for
future reference and take the printout of E-Receipt.
Step 12: After Completion of your Registration form you get Unique Identification Number.
After this, take Your E-Receipt and Go to College where you wish to take Admission.

Thank you for your Unique Identification No.


Important Note: Please note the Identification No. and Transaction ID for future reference.
Also keep in mind that, if your payment is done then you can take the print out of the E-
Receipt.
