Job description

ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting HR initiatives across an employee’s life
cycle right from attraction, onboarding, development to retention and employee
separation. The role would primarily focus on building key talent pipeline and
managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Partner with hiring managers and assist with candidate sourcing & onboarding
 Guides hiring managers on correct recruitment and request process according to
recruitment guidelines and company’s HRMS
 Support campus recruitment & assessment administration
 Screen & source candidates using advanced search techniques & interpreting
psychometric test results
 Negotiate & prepare offers for selected candidates
 Develop a pipeline of passive qualified candidate and maintain relationships in
advance of needs
 Maintain database of agreed recruitment agencies & liaise with third party vendors
 Management/HR reporting per set deadlines and updation of the recruitment tracker
on a regular basis
 Coordinate in-house “Knowledge-sharing” presentations/workshops
 Coordinate employee services/administration requests internally and via outsourced
PRO
 Manage administration for inductions/onboarding & separations
 Coordinate production and delivery of employee-branded gifts (e.g.
maternity/paternity, work anniversary, birthdays)
 Support employee pulse survey administration
 Support roll-out of strategic employee engagement initiatives and talent development
projects

 Turnaround time for closing positions
 Document maintenance and tracking
 Adherence to company’s recruitment policies & procedures
 SLAs with hiring managers are respected
 Positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers
 Contribution to all other HR initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Human resources or related qualification is preferable
 Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment or HR generalist experience in Middle East &
Africa regions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Demonstrated relationship management skills.
 Experience with Behavioral based interviewing techniques
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to communicate with
all levels of seniority
 Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
 Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media recruitment
 Experience working with recruitment software / ERP
 Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection
 Experience in working effectively in teams
 Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
