Whole school created rubric to assess writing at all year levels, based on moderation of
student work across year levels.
Reflection of the PD on writing - setting the context of the PD, comparing and contrasting
local schools’ NAPLAN results; assessment of writing, moderation of student work
including three student work samples at varying levels.
Feedback
Daniella was able to ‘unpack’ the standard descriptor to explain what it was asking of her.
Daniella was able to link her evidence and explain why it addressed the descriptor of
understanding the relevant and appropriate sources of professional learning for teachers.

Reflect further on your PD. Why was it relevant and appropriate for you? Did you
incorporate any strategies into your own teaching practice? How did this impact on your
teaching practice and student outcomes?
Continue building your portfolio and annotating your artefacts and evidence to address
the standard descriptors. Consider what else you could add to this presentation to make
an evidence set.
