1. That I am the surviving spouse and legal forced heir of the late NILDA GARCIA-
SERRANO who died on August 1, 2016 in the City of San Fernando, La Union;

the latter waived all their rights, title and participation of the same in my favor;

5. That said real properties are non-tenanted, nor covered by the Agrarian Reform
Law;

6. That no permanent improvement had been introduced on the above-mentioned


properties EXCEPT for the following real properties covered by Tax Declaration No.
2009-07-0037-00757 (LAND) and Tax Declaration No. 2009-11-0017-00129 (LAND)
wherein improvements were introduced and built thereon;
7. That my total landholdings do not exceed the maximum allowed by law;

8. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for all legal intents and purposes of the law.
