FASHION SHOW 2010

Lahore Grammar School, Defence is a renowned institution, recognized for its academic
excellence as well as wide range of co-curricular activities. The Student Council of
Lahore Grammar School is holding its second fashion show on the 14 th October 2010.
Our first event was a hit and this year we expect the same response.

Taking into account the recent conditions of our country The Event Management
Society has planned a charity event in order to collect funds for the people affected by the
floods.
This event will comprise of a fashion show, followed by a formal dinner. In addition
to this, there will be dance performances prepared by the Dance Society and a musical
performance by The LGS Band. After which dinner will be served to the audience.
The Fashion Show will be a competition in which the participants will be judged in
four categories being:
1. Best Model

For the girl who has the most elegant walk with the perfect attitude.
2. Best Designer

For the best designed dress.

3. Best Stylist.

For the girl who has done the best hair and makeup.
4. Best Team.

The award will be given to a team of three or more girls who have worked in
perfect coordination and given best results.

A panel of judges includes Mehreen Syed, a renowned model, Maria B a famous

designer, a well known stylist and other important people from the industry.

The walk, including the dance and music performances will be of almost ninety
minutes after which dinner will be served. Refreshments will be served before the
start of the cat walk.

Promotional Material:

The event will be promoted all over through posters and banners. Other
promotional material like standees and flyers can be placed at the venue.
There will be about 600 invites, and about 150 posters, all bearing the
sponsor’s logos.

Target Audience:
The fashion show will be strictly females only. And therefore the audience
will basically include women from all walks of life, students and youth. The
expected number of people attending will be just over 600.
