IV. PROCEDURES
A. Motivation
Ex. “ Hello, my name is CECILLE ROXAS. The object that best decribes me is a Pocket
wifi because I can give and share the knowledge and information that the users
want to know.
B. Presentation
Ask the learners to give their ideas/concept when they hear the word Social Science.
“What is the relevance of the previous activity to the lesson today?”
D, Discussion
Group Activity 1 : ( 15 minutes )
Directions :
Divide the class into 4 groups and choose a leader to explain what their
presentation is all about. Each group will do a role play showing the different behaviors
they noticed in the community ( See attached rubrics)
Processing questions:
What do you noticed about the presentation?
What are effects of these behaviours to the social science?
E. Formative Assessment
Group Activity 2 : ( 5 minutes )
Directions :
Choose a partner and make a slogan showing the relation of Social Science in
the community. Present it to the class.
F. Application ( 5 minutes )
Processing question:
“As Senior High School learners, how do you use the social science in your daily
living?”
G. Generalization
Ask the learners on how to define Social Science as study of society.
H. Evaluation
J. Assignment
The teacher will ask the student’s to bring any recycled material or art
materials to be used in their activity for day 4.
