Describe a time where you were working with a team and

things were not getting done. What did you do to fix this, and how did you go about

If you were given by your supervisor two tasks that

requires at least 8 hours each and is due at the end of the day. How will you handle it?
Request if a team member is available to assist or inform the supervisor that the task is
impossible to be done due to time constraint and ask if you could be given an extension.

Discuss the matter with the reviewer and try to discuss into detail your point of view. If you
weren’t able to convince the reviewer, better to follow his advise because he is more
experienced and might have a better perspective and try to learn from it instead of
disobeying the order.

How can you apply the skills learned in the student

leadership position in your new job here?

By being in the position of a student leader i came across many situations which many of the students
would love to stay away from. During working across different people with different mindsets who
all together expect different things from me I kind of developed a perspective about what people
thing about me and what exactly they want from me.So it is always easier for me judge instantly in
situations and also to provide a better service to the employeer

Being in leadership you get to interact with individuals with different level of understanding,
opinions, and serving as a leader I have developed skills to bring synergy to all this
conflicting ideas among members of a group I lead to achieving goals as a group and not as
autonomous individuals.
Leadership has helped me to listen and consolidate ideas from members groups a skill vital
in an job I will be understaking in the near future
