Philippines since 2015. The Trixie Events Management is owned by Trixie Y Dolar

who gives passion and dedication combined with the experience of in-house event

specialist enables to exceed client expectations.

The logo shows the simplicity of a company. The style shows high quality service

that suits her client.

The Trixie Events Management has many branches in the Philippines. The

company does not only organize extravagant event, but also organizes

mesmerizing moments for you.

The Trixie Events Management offers complete event planning and

management solutions ranging from theme events, parties, weddings,

conferences, fashion shows, product launches, brand activations, award

ceremonies, outdoors events etc. The company takes the headache out of trying

to choose the best professional, coordinating attendee lists, and developing an

event that everyone will remember.

She is responsible in handling events and

Rica Mae Sotto

She is the Program Coordinator. She

graduated at Technological University of the

Philippines with honors. She is responsible

and she is the one who manages the flow of

event.

Khylle Mhelai Bonete

She is the Equipment Coordinator. She

graduated at Lyceum of the Philippines

University with honors. She is responsible for

planning, coordinating and directingthe

operations of all equipments for effective maintenance and repair programs,

equipment safety programs and equipment used on company sites.

Charlene Duadua

She is the merchandising Coordinator. She

graduated in Polytechnic University of the

Philippines with honors with a degree in

Accountancy. She is the one who monitors all sale campaigns and prepares

designs for all merchandise plans.

Hazel Montes

She is the Hospitality Coordinator She

graduated at Lyceum of the Philippines

University with honors and degree in Tourism.

She is the one who performs host duties which

includes helping to plan programmes and menus, overseeing the management

of visitor`s accommodation and travel arrangement

She is the Venue Coordinator. She graduated in University of the

Philippines with honors and in degree Tourism. She is the one who highlights

the venue

Julia Zyril Frani

She is the Promotion Coordinator. She

graduated in Lyceum of the Philippines

University with honors and degree in Tourism.

She is the who coordinates advertising policies and programs and produces

collateral materials.

Mary Joy Japlos

She is the Officials Coordinator. She

graduated at Far Eastern University with

honors and degree in Mass Communication.

She is the who identifies and organises training and education opportunities

for officials. Acts as contact person for the club for officials. Ensure all

officials are recognized for their efforts.

 Jun- Jun Armildez

He is the Light/Sound Coordinator. He

graduated at Lyceum of the Philippines

University with honors. He is responsible in

assembling, operating and maintaining the technical equipment used to

record, amplify, enhance mix or reproduce sound.

Razielyn Itol

She is the Catering Service Coordinator. She

graduated at Lyceum of the Philippines with honors. She is the one who

manages staff, helps to coordinate schedules and caters events.

Chrisse Lae Ternate

She is the Food Coordinator. She

graduated at University of the Philippines with

honors and degree in Culinary Arts. She is

responsible for menu planning , quality assurance of food items
