NEURORESOTRATIVE
Executed work conditioning groups with clients at varying stages of recovery from traumatic brain
and spinal cord injuries. Balanced running groups safely and meeting the individual needs of each
client in the group while managing behaviors and motivating client. Documented for all clients as
well as wrote quarterly progress notes for clients to report to the OTR.

LEVEL 2 FIRST PLACEMENT FIELDWORK
HENRY FORD MACOMB HOSPITAL- INPATIENT REHAB
Performed chart reviews and implemented interventions for client centered care according to
designated goals. Gained experience with a multitude of different diagnoses and carried a full
patient load while documenting each session. Attended interdisciplinary staff meetings and
updated care team on clients’ progression.

LEVEL 1 SECOND PLACEMENT FIELDWORK
SHELBY NURSING CENTER
Designed and implemented therapy sessions that were individual to meet clients’ needs and reach
their goals under the supervision of an OTA. Patients had a wide variety of both physical
dysfunctions and mental health aspects that were considered when executing activities.
Documentation of these sessions were completed under the supervision of an OTA.
