Complaint in Lieu of Prerogative Writs, and opposition, if any,

and having heard the arguments of counsel, and good cause having

1. Defendant is restrained and prohibited from

disqualifying plaintiff from running in the November 5, 2019

Jersey City Board of Education ("JCBOE") election (the

"election");

2. Defendant is restrained and prohibited from

prohibiting plaintiff from running in the election under the

name "Alexander Hamilton";

3. Defendant is ordered to bracket plaintiff under the

slogan "Change for Children," alongside running mates, Noemi

Velazquez and Asheenia Johnson;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall serve a copy of

this order upon counsel for the Board of Education upon receipt.
