Acknowledgement
A very special gratitude to the Lord God Almighty for giving us the knowledge and
strength for finishing this research.
The researchers would like to thank our dear parents who took part in giving us moral
and financial support and being understanding in our schedules, that helps us to finish this
research project.
And also to our Alma matter IETI-Alabang for giving us the chance to conduct this
research that will surely be a big help for us to broaden our knowledge that we can be use in
our future.
We researchers will be forever grateful to our instructor from the College Department for
assisting us and guiding us throughout this experiment that help us improve this system.
We would also like to thank our instructor, Ms. Rubylyn Soliva for believing us in
performing this research. And for being approachable and willing to answer our questions
regarding our research paper.
Lastly, we researchers, would like to thank our friends for the never- ending support
and love, and also for believing in each and every one of us, and for the trust that brings out
the best in us.

The future researchers, this project will help them in terms of references that can be
used to upgrade their said research project this can be a big help for their chosen topic
IETI faculty members for faster preparation of grades and easily inputting and

The students of IETI for them to closely monitor their own grades. By this program
they can easily avoid their grades from failing, if so they can already do something to avoid
it.

Chapter 1
Introduction
The study is conducted for the parents to closely monitor the grades of their children
by accessing the website, and also this website is only accessible by the teachers, parents and
students. This study also conducted because want to give at least a little ease to the teachers.
Because unlike writing in report cards you don’t have to compute it manually. Here you just
have to input the grades then the average will automatically compute itself.
Technology results computerization which has been a common part of our everyday
needs in this world. Rapid advances in technology have helped to meet these demands of
society. Grading system is designed to provide incentive reward for achievement and assist in
identifying problems of the students. Grading system is the most commonly used in
computing and analyzing the performance, talent and skills of students. It is the important
record to keep even for the longest time.

Today many pre-schools , elementary, and high school students in their schools are
using an automated system in daily life. And grading system is the most commonly used in
computing and analyzing the performance, talents, and skills of the students and for
achievement and assist in identifying the problem’s of the students.
Grading systems plays a key role in the management system in schools and
universities. But, such systems do not often relate expectations, outcomes and performance.
As each student desires to achieve good score for each assignment, exam, project, and/or
report, the whole process adds heavy workload for teachers in order to make their evaluation
fair, comprehensive, and accurate from the faculty perspective, these are necessary to avoid
disagreement from students and parents. A computerized grading system is highly desirable
addition to the educational tool-kit, particularly when it can provide less effort and a more
effective and timely outcome.
The Computerized Grading System will help both the faculty staffs and the students
to have easy access on the on the records and past records, the easier way. The said system
will also lessen the staffs on consuming too much time recording and effort locating records
of the students. And the staff exchange will do updating of grades. This system will served as
a tool for easier accessibility of grades, both for the convenience of the students, and the
faculty stuffs, as well as the parents.

General Problem:
Specific Questions:
1. How will the teachers can benefit from the proposed system?
2. How do the respondents asses the system quality characteristics of the Grading system
using Website in terms of:
A. Accessibility
B. Security
C. Functionality
D. Reliability
E. Real time

The purpose of this study is to help parents in closely monitoring their children’s in
school. This is because some students are not submitting their report cards to their parents
because of their failing grades. This website will be a great help for them because unlike in
repost cards, the chances of the students giving it to their parents is up to them. But in this
website it is also accessible by the parents so whether the students like it or not, their parent
will be able to see their grades.
This will help the personnel to calculate students’ grades with ease. It will help
them to easily know if the student failed or pass. They could monitor the performance
of the students if their grade is increasing or decreasing.
Faculty-
The faculty staffs give the grades of the students easily using our grading
system. By logging-in in the schools’ computer and server.
Future Researchers-
This will be their reference in choosing a topic. They can innovate the grading
system based on how they want to make it work. This will be one of their sources in getting
information if their topic is about grading system.

This study aims to develop a grading system for IETI College Alabang for Senior High
School students To help the parents in monitoring the grades of their children. This study will
be using a website and the researchers will create an account that will help the teachers to
sent the grades easily on the said accounts. The system is able to do the functions such as:
Limitation’s
It needs a server because it is PC based on that account you can’t access the said
website without being connecting to the server and analyzing the performance,
talents, and skills of the students and for achievement and assist in identifying the

stress between boys and girls student of clam x of CBSE Board (Grading System) to compare
the examination stress in between boys and girl student of class x of Rajasthan Board
(Traditional System) to compare the examination stress between students (both gender taken
together) of class x of CBSE Board (Grading System) and of Rajasthan Board (Traditional
System). A sample of 200 respondents was taken for the study which included boys and girls
student of class 10th both of CBSE and Rajasthan Board Central tendency (mean). Measures
of variability (S.D) Test were used to analyzed the data. The redact station that there is no
significant effect of the gender on the examination stress of the students studying under

Conceptual Framework
This figure shows what are the knowledge requirements that will needed
to build this system and also the process to develop grading system.
Research Hypothesis
The grading system using website is applicable for the SHS in IETI Alabang. Instead
of using the manual grading system the proposed study will be more effective and efficient

compared to the existing one. This will be also more convenient to the part of the teachers in
recording the grades of the students and since all the information has been loaded in the
system. Recording, editing, evaluating and transferring is no longer an issue. The system will
be easy to access and create an accurate and interactive report using the website.

Methodology
Research Design
The research used a descriptive survey method using a questioner consisting of a
checklist design to asses or evaluate the system in the term of effectiveness durability and
security (not time consuming) (Process of collecting in developing your proposed system) ex.
log inform (what is the function of the log in form in your system)

The Sample
Electronics and Technical Institute Alabang who were knowledgeable enough to answer the
problems based in the present study. They will be given enough time to answer the required
questions that the researchers presented in them which supplied the information the
researchers needed .
The Instruments
The main instrument used in the study was a survey questioner. This tool represented
the methods, strategies, and procedures that the researchers should hence undertake to
determine if the proposed project is acceptable. This will also shows the effectiveness,

The researcher and the teacher on how they are giving grade to the student. Before the
researcher ask the teacher, they ask for permission if they can get the grading system each
student they use. The researcher is not only asking the teacher but also the student on how
they will complete their requirements. They also ask the parents if their student grades are
excellent or satisfied.
The researcher will gather all information from different source and after that they
will filtered it present to the teachers to have a guide if this information is clear. The
researcher will report the information based on the giving instruction of the teacher. After
they filter they will now put unto a real source of new information for grading system.

Presentation and Analysis of Data
Based on the first question on the statement of the problem, it stated that:
1. How will the teachers can benefit from the proposed system?
~ It can help them to lessen their work in providing hard copy. They can easily
input the grades using these website.

Conclusion and Recommendation
Conclusion
We therefore conclude that this research project will have a big impact to
the IETI students, teachers, and parents. It will lessen the input of physical work
of the parents and teachers. Providing a hard copy of grades that is the class
card. Parent won’t have a hard time lining up in a crowded corridor of school
just to get the class card of their children but we also conclude that the
