SUBSTITUTION

COMES NOW the undersigned Accused unto this Honorable Court respectfully
submits that:

1. The services of the following Fourth Year Law Students, namely:

_______________________________________, representing the undersigned in
this case under Rule 138-A under the direct supervion of Atty. Ma. Ailyne
Zamora in connection with the UST Legazpi Legal Resource Center are hereby
terminated for the reason that they have already completed the Clinical Legal
Education program hence they are no longer connected therewith;

2. That from thereon, the undersigned will now be represented by the

following Fourth Year Students, to wit:
_____________________________________ in lieu of the aforementioned
students, now being presently tasked to handle this case.

Praying that the termination of services of former counsels and the substitution of
the new counsels be acknowledged by this Court.
