General Instructions
1. Check the e- Admit card carefully & bring discrepancies if any, to the notice of SARTHI immediately by sending e-
mail to sarthicecpune@gmail.com. Mention your Name, Date of Birth, E Mail Id, Mobile No., Aadhar No. and
Application ID, in your email under the subject line Correction in Admit card - SARTHI-DELHI UPSC-CET-2019.
2. Candidates need to paste their latest passport size color photograph on e- Admit card and bring original photo
identity proof like : Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card. No candidate will be
allowed to appear for SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019 without E -Admit card and without Original Photo
identity proof.
3. Candidates must mark the answer by BLACK BALL POINT PEN only in OMR Answer sheet. Answers other than
those marked by BLACK BALL POINT PEN will not be evaluated.
4. Enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-
CET-2019.
5. Candidate will not be admitted for SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019 if they report at the center 30 minutes after
the scheduled commencement of examination.
6. Candidate can appear for SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019 only at the center allotted by SARTHI on e-admit
card.
7. Mobile phones, logarithm table, calculator or any of the electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the examination
hall where the SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019 is being conducted. Any infringements of this instruction shall
entail disciplinary action.
8. There will be Negative Marking for wrong answer marked by candidates in the OMR Sheet.
9. Candidates are advised not to bring any valuable costly items in the examination hall, as safe keeping of the same
cannot be assured. SARTHI will not be responsible for any loss in this regards.
10. Result of SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019 will be published on www.sarthi-maharashtragov.in Notice Board.
11. Physically disabled candidates need to arrange writer for CET themselves. Such candidates need to
inform the respective examination centre prior to SARTHI -DELHI UPSC-CET-2019.
12. Physically disabled candidates will get 30 minutes extra time for the examination.
13. Candidates are advised to keep this admit card till the completion of Final Selection Procedure by SARTHI, Pune.
