Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

1.The challenge is important because

you have reasons to seek a challenging,
to be far from a boring job
2. I believe that interest is the most
important factor for the motivation of
doing a good job, because without
interest no interesting job.
3.Security makes you attend an
interview and make a good job - well paid.
4. The variety makes you look for a
dynamic work where you can allow to exit
and apply knowledge in many parts and
what is important not to do always the
same.
5. Competition is motivating because it
makes you better every day in what you
do and not left behind with respect to the
work of others, motivates you to not
always do the same and to look for better.
6. It is important to have a good lifestyle
where we are customized to work hard to
get a good work with a very good salary
or stable economic performance
7. The relationships motivate us to get
people who help us perform the teamwork
better.

because when things are done it is
important to give congratulations and it is
also important to receive good comments

people, because when you will get a job

indispensable at work because the

In this list of motivators, I have had the opportunity to apply them to my

professional life, but not all, but many of them helped me to motivate myself
to move forward and fulfill my dreams.
