This has reference to the Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) application for the above-
mentioned project to be implemented by this office.

In view hereof, may we apply for a Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) under Category C
because this project falls under Environmental Enhancement Projects which is intended to
directly enhance the quality of the environment or directly address existing environmental
problems. Attached herewith is the Project Description Report in support to the said
application.
