1. Reference: Memorandum from that office date July 5, 2019 with the
subject submission of consolidated After Activity Reports in line with 24 th PCR Month
Celebration.

2. Please be informed that at about 9:30 AM of July 19, 2019, Personnel of

Sison PS led by PMAJ ALFREDO D PADILLA JR, OIC together with Hon. Danilo C Uy,
Municipal Mayor, Ma Floricel Servito, MGLOO and personnel from Bureau of Fire
Department of Sison officially opened the PNP and BFP Community Precinct located at
Brgy Bulaoen East, Sison, Pangasinan purposely to mobilize and empower
BPATs/Tanod to address concerns on peace and order and safety in the grassroots
level in barangay. Likewise, in line with the PCR Month Celebration with the theme
''Sambayan, Mahalagang Kaakibat ng Kapulisan sa Pagtaguyod ng Mapayapa at
Maunlad na Bayan'', PMAJ ALFREDO D PADILLA JR, OIC conducted lecture relative
to Disaster Disaster Preparedness/Tourism Safety/BPAT Enhancement
Seminar/Symposium.

3. Activity ended at around 11:00 AM of the same date with fruitful and meaningful
result. (See attached photo).
