IV. PROCEDURES
Motivation “TIC-TAC-DRAW”
Students will complete the grid by following the instructions
presented on the slides in order to find the hidden word.
1. Draw a star on the upper right corner of the grid.
2. Write the first letter of the word “moon”
on the upper left corner of the grid.
3. Then, place a smiley below that letter.
4. Below the star, draw a heart.
5. Write the last letter of the word “stop”
on the empty space on the right side.
6. Put a check beside the star.
7. Draw a diamond below the smiley.
8. Beside the diamond, draw a tree.
9. Above the tree, write the first letter
of the alphabet.
