Dear Ms. Obate,

This is in connection with your letter requesting to construct a Bakery and

Refreshment Building on the same side of the Rural Bank of Sibulan inside the compound of
St. Anthony of Padua Parish Church. As soon as the said letter was presented to the Parish
Pastoral Council of Saint Anthony of Padua Parish, in their Special meeting last October 2,
2005, and after a thorough deliberations and discussions, it was denied by all of its council
members present in the said meeting. And attached herewith is Resolution No. 2005-1 of the
Parish Pastoral Council of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, and marked as Annex “A”.

Hoping for your kind understanding on the negative response and decisions of the
council members.
