A. Describe your principal assignments, responsibilities, for the past One Month
During this third week of my internship program, we want to build a small project on millennial engagement, a
research to describe about what actually things that can attract millennial in the company. We build a methodology
and research background, after that we plan to test it during the 4th month of my internship program. That project
would be my preliminary research that we will pour into an article. Hopefully can be beneficial especially for
company established which face the same problem in attracting and retaining talent, along with the war of talent,
and millennial engagement that is really dependable, because millennial dominated in big percentage of
workplace's manpower, especially in the company where I took internship program.

B. Describe important aspects of the work where you learned significant knowledge, skills, or personal
development
There are many important aspects that we could gain during this internship program, especially during this 3rd
month of my internship. One of them is to keep the time consistency in doing research, sometimes we face many
obstacles and impossible chance. But with time, hardwork, and pray best everything would possible.

C. Describe problems or challenges encountered during the One Month and how you resolved/minimized them
There were no serious problem during this 3rd month of my internship program. Problem that may occur just
because of the time of meet to discuss this research project, because of that the duration to finishing this research
background would be longer.
