MOTION TO DE-ARCHIVE AND REVIVE CASE

(RE: Payment of Filing Fees Pursuant to Supreme Court
Circular No. 57-97 Dated September 16, 1997)

COMES NOW the Complainant, ADRIAN PAOLO

FARGAS, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Court hereby respectfully states that:
1. On 27 July 2018, the Complainant received a letter dated
June 7, 2018 where he was required to pay the amount
of Php 4,060.00 as filing fee within ten (10) days from
receipt thereof. That thereafter the case will be archived
and after two (2) months, the case will then be dismissed;
2. The case was archived for failure to pay within the ten
day period given;
3. The Complainant is now willing and ready to pay the
filing fee in order to revive and de-archive the case;
4. This motion is not intended for delay but solely due to
the foregoing reasons.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in the interest of substantial justice,
fair play and equity it is respectfully prayed that the
foregoing Motion to De-Archive and Revive Case be

 GRANTED and that Complainant be allowed to pay the
corresponding filing fee.
Complainant prays for such other just and
equitable reliefs.
