(OFFICERS AND MEMBERS EMOLUMENTS AND
PENSION) (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2019
(To be introduced in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly)

further to amend the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and
Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956.

Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the

Seventieth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be

called the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members
Emoluments and Pension) (Amendment) Act, 2019.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of section 2, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the
Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members
Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 (Act No. 6 of 1957),
hereinafter in this Act referred to as the principal Act, the existing
expression “telephone facility,” shall be deleted.

3. Amendment of section 3, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In section 3 of the principal Act,-

(a) in sub-section (1),-

(i) in clause (a), for the existing expression

“fifty thousand rupees”, the expression “seventy
thousand rupees” shall be substituted; and

(ii) in clause (b), for the existing expression

“forty five thousand rupees”, the expression “sixty
five thousand rupees” shall be substituted; and

(b) in sub-section (2), for the existing expression

“1st April, 2017”, the expression “1st April, 2019” shall be
substituted.

4. Amendment of section 3-A, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957. - In section 3-A of the principal Act,-

(a) for the existing expression “1st April, 2017”, the

expression “1st April, 2019” shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression “fifty thousand

rupees”, the expression “ eighty thousand rupees” shall be
substituted.

5. Amendment of section 4, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In section 4 of the principal Act, for the existing expression
“twenty five thousand rupees per mensem with effect from 1st
April, 2017”, the expression “forty thousand rupees per mensem
with effect from 1st April, 2019” shall be substituted. `

6. Amendment of section 4-A, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In sub-section (1) of section 4-A of the principal Act,-

(a) for the existing expression “1st April, 2017”, the

expression “1st April, 2019” shall be substituted; and

(b) for the existing expression “rupees twenty five

thousand”, the expression “rupees thirty five thousand ” shall be
substituted.

7. Amendment of section 4-D, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In section 4-D of the principal Act,-

(a) for the existing expression “1st April, 2017”, the

expression “1st April, 2019” shall be substituted ;

(b) for the existing expression “rupees fifty thousand”, the

expression “rupees one lakh ” shall be substituted; and

(c) for the existing punctuation mark “.”, appearing at the

end, the punctuation mark “:” shall be substituted and thereafter
the following proviso shall be added, namely:-

“Provided that if the total amount of reimbursement

received in a financial year under this section is less than
one lakh rupees, the amount by which the amount of
reimbursement is less than one lakh rupees shall be carried
forward for one financial year and the whole amount
remained unutilised at the end of second financial year
shall stand lapsed.”.

8. Insertion of new section 4-E, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- After the existing section 4-D and before the existing
section 5 of the principal Act, the following new section shall be
inserted, namely:-

“4-E. Travelling facility to the spouse of the Ex-

member.- The spouse of a deceased Ex-member shall be
provided one hundred travelling passes per annum which
would entitle her/him to travel by the Rajasthan State Road
Transport Corporation service on whichever route it
operates in such class of accommodation and subject to
such conditions as may be prescribed by the rules made in
this behalf.”.

9. Amendment of section 5, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In section 5 of the principal Act,-

(a) in sub-section (1),-

(i) for the existing expression “1st April,

2017”, the expression “1st April, 2019”;

(ii) for the existing expression “forty five

thousand rupees”, the expression “sixty five
thousand rupees”; and

(iii) for the existing expression “forty two

thousand rupees”, the expression “sixty two
thousand rupees”,

shall be substituted; and

(b) in sub-section (2),-

(i) for the existing expression “1st April,

2017”, the expression “1st April, 2019”; and

(ii) for the existing expression “to the

Government Chief Whip and Deputy Government
Chief Whip, a sumptuary allowance of fifty
thousand rupees per mensem”, the expression “ a
sumptuary allowance of eighty thousand rupees per
mensem to the Government Chief Whip and a
sumptuary allowance of seventy thousand rupees
per mensem to the Deputy Government Chief
Whip”,

shall be substituted.

10. Amendment of section 6, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In sub-section (1) of section 6 of the principal Act,-

(a) for the existing expression “1st April, 2017”, the

expression “1st April, 2019”;

(b) for the existing expression “salary of forty five

thousand rupees”, the expression “salary of sixty five
thousand rupees”; and

(c) for the existing expression “sumptuary

allowance of fifty thousand rupees”, the expression
“sumptuary allowance of eighty thousand rupees”,

shall be substituted.

11. Amendment of section 8, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the principal
Act,-

(a) for the existing expression “one thousand five

hundred rupees”, the expression “two thousand rupees”;
and

(b) for the existing expression “one thousand seven

hundred fifty rupees”, the expression “two thousand five
hundred rupees”,

shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted

with effect from 1st April, 2019.

12. Amendment of section 8-B, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In the existing section 8-B of the principal Act ,-

(a) in sub-section (1), for the existing expression “rupees

two lakh”, the expression “rupees three lakh” shall be substituted
and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from 1st
April, 2019;

(b) in sub-section (2), for the existing expression “rupees

two lakh” wherever occurring, the expression “rupees three lakh”
shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted
with effect from 1st April, 2019; and

(c) in proviso to sub-section (3), for the existing expression

“rupees two lakh”, the expression “rupees three lakh” shall be
substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with
effect from 1st April, 2019.

13. Amendment of section 8-C, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- In sub-section (1) of section 8-C of the principal Act, for the
existing expression “fifty thousand”, the expression “seventy
thousand” shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been
substituted with effect from 1st April, 2019.

14 . Insertion of new section 8-E, Rajasthan Act No. 6

of 1957.- After the existing section 8-D and before the existing
section 9 of the principal Act, the following new section shall be
inserted, namely:-

“8-E. Telephone allowance to members.- With

effect from 1st April, 2019, there shall be paid to every
member a telephone allowance of two thousand five
hundred rupees per mensem.”.

15. Amendment of section 9, Rajasthan Act No. 6 of

1957.- For the existing clause (iii) of the Explanation of sub-
section (1) of section 9 of the principal Act, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-

"(iii) reimbursement of expenditure on furniture to the

extent of eighty thousand rupees to a member
residing at Jaipur in the Government
accommodation or in the accommodation owned or
hired by him with effect from 1st April, 2019 or
from the date of occupation of such
accommodation, whichever is later, in such manner
and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed
by rules made in this behalf.”.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS

Looking to the rise in prices, the existing salary,

allowances and facilities provided to the members and officers of
the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and pension and facilities of
the pensioner members appear to be inadequate, therefore, it is
proposed to amend sections 2, 3, 3-A, 4, 4-A, 4-D, 5, 6, 8, 8-B, 8-C
and 9 of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and
Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 for the purpose of
making suitable increase in salary, allowances, pension and
facilities etc. Two new sections viz. section 4-E and section 8-E
are proposed to be inserted in the aforesaid Act so as to provide
travelling facility to the spouses of Ex-Members and telephone
allowance to the members.
The Bill seeks to achieve the aforesaid objectives.

FINANCIAL MEMORANDUM
The Bill seeks to amend sections 2, 3, 3-A, 4, 4-A, 4-D, 5,
6, 8, 8-B, 8-C and 9 of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly
(Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 and to
insert two new sections 4-E and 8-E. These amendments shall
involve a recurring expenditure of about rupees 29,36,00,000 /- per
annum.

MEMORANDUM REGARDING DELEGATED

LEGISLATION
Clause 8 of the Bill, which seeks to insert section 4-E,
shall, if enacted, empower the State Government to make rules to
prescribe the conditions subject to which, travelling facility to the
spouse of the Ex-member shall be provided.

Clause 16 of the Bill, which seeks to substitute clause (iii)

of the Explanation of sub-section (1) of section 9, shall, if enacted,
empower the State Government to make rules to prescribe the
manner in which, and conditions subject to which, reimbursement
of expenditure on furniture shall be made.

The proposed delegation is of normal character and relates

to the matters of detail.

2. Interpretation.- (1) In this Act, unless the subject or
context otherwise requires,-

(aa) "Constituency Allowance" means an allowance to
meet personal office expenses incurred by a member
in his constituency in the performance of duties of
the office of the member and expenses incurred by a
member on account of telephone facility,
correspondence and consumption of electricity and
water.

3. Salaries of Officers.- (1) There shall be paid-
(a) a salary of fifty thousand rupees per mensem to the
Speaker, and
(b) a salary of forty five thousand rupees per mensem to
the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of
the State.
(2) The salary fixed by sub-section (1) shall be payable to
the Speaker or Deputy Speaker, as the case may be, with effect
from 1st April, 2017 or with effect from the date on which he is
chosen as such Speaker or Deputy Speaker under Article 178 of
the Constitution whichever may be later, and until he vacates or
resigns or is removed from his office as such Speaker or Deputy
Speaker in accordance with law.
3-A. Sumptuary Allowance.- In addition to the salary
payable under section 3, there shall be paid, with effect from 1st
April, 2017 to the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the

Legislative Assembly, a sumptuary allowance of fifty thousand

rupees per mensem.
4. Salaries of Members.- Every member of the Legislative
Assembly of the State shall be entitled to receive a salary of twenty
five thousand rupees per mensem with effect from 1st April, 2017
or with effect from the date on which the declaration of the result
of his election to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly is published
in the Official Gazette under section 67 of the Representation of
the People Act, 1951 (Central Act 43 of 1951), whichever may be
later, until he ceases to be such member:
Provided that no member shall claim such salary unless he
makes and subscribes the oath or affirmation of his office under
Article 188 of the Constitution :
Provided further that such salary shall be liable to such
deductions for continued absence or other cause as may be
provided in the rules made by the State Government in this behalf.
4-A. Pension and other facilities.- (1) With effect from 1st
April, 2017 there shall be paid to every person, who has served as
a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for any period
upto five years, whether continuous or not, a pension of rupees
twenty five thousand per mensem and an additional pension of
rupees one thousand six hundred per mensem for every year or part
thereof, whether continuous or not, beyond the aforesaid period of
five years:
Provided that no such pension shall be paid to any person
for the period during which such person was or is in receipt of any
salary as Member of Parliament or any State Legislature or from
any State Government or the Central Government, or any
Corporation owned or controlled by the Central Government or
any State Government or any local authority and if any such salary
was or is received the payment of pension shall be suspended for
that period:
Provided further that the salary or remuneration payable to
such person for being such member or for holding such office or
being so employed, is in any case less than the pension payable to
him under this section, such person shall be entitled only to receive
the balance as pension under this section:

Provided also that pension payable to a person under this

section shall be increased by twenty percent if he has attained the
age of seventy years and shall be increased by thirty percent if he
has attained the age of eighty years.
Explanation I.- In computing the number of years for the
purposes of determining pension under this section, the period
during which a person has served as a Minister or as an officer as
defined in this Act, or both, by virtue of his membership of the
Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be taken into account.
Explanation II.- If the Legislative Assembly is dissolved
before the expiration of the period of five years, for the purpose of
computing the period as Member of the Legislative Assembly the
period commencing with the date of the constitution of the
Legislative Assembly after the General Election and ending with
the date of dissolution, shall be deemed to be five years.
Explanation III.- For the purpose of this section, salary
includes salary received under this Act and salary received as:-
(i) the President or Vice-President or Governor of any
State or the Administrator of any Union Territory;
or
(ii) a Member of the Parliament or any State
Legislature; or
(iii) a Minister or Deputy-Minister of the Government of
India or any State; or
(iv) the Chairman or Deputy-Chairman of the Council
of States, or the Legislative Council of any State; or
(v) the Speaker or Deputy-Speaker of the House of the
People, or of the Legislative Assembly of any State.
Explanation IV.- In computing the amount of pension
payable to any person under this section, the amount of pension
received by him under the Rajasthan Freedom Fighters Aid Rules,
1959 or under any other rules made on the same subject shall not
be taken into account.
Explanation V.- In computing the number of years for the
purpose of determining pension under this section with respect to a

person who is elected to the Legislative Assembly in a bye-

election, the period commencing with the date on which such
person takes oath of his membership and ending with the date of
dissolution of the Assembly shall be deemed to be five years.

4-D. Free travelling facility to Ex-members.- With effect
from 1st April, 2017, every person, who has served as a member of
the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive
reimbursement of actual fare of any journey undertaken by him,
either alone or with persons accompanying him, within the
territory of India in any class of railway, air, ship or steamer,
subject to a maximum limit of rupees fifty thousand in a financial
year, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be
prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
5. Salaries of Government Chief Whip and Deputy
Government Chief Whip.- (1) There shall be paid, with effect
from 1st April, 2017 or with effect from the date on which he may
thereafter enter upon his office, whichever may be later, a salary of
forty five thousand rupees per mensem to the Government Chief
Whip and a salary of forty two thousand rupees per mensem to the
Deputy Government Chief Whip.
(2) In addition to the salary payable under sub-section (1)
there shall be paid, with effect from 1st April, 2017 or with effect
from the date on which he may thereafter enter upon his office,
whichever may be later, to the Government Chief Whip and
Deputy Government Chief Whip, a sumptuary allowance of fifty
thousand rupees per mensem.
Explanation.- For the purpose of this section "Government
Chief Whip" or "Deputy Government Chief Whip" means that
member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly who is Chief Whip
or Deputy Chief Whip for the time being in the Assembly of the
party in Government having the greatest numerical strength in that
Assembly.

6. Salary and Sumptuary Allowance of Leader of the

Opposition.- (1) There shall be paid to the Leader of the
Opposition, with effect from 1st April, 2017 or with effect from
the date on which he may thereafter enter upon his office,
whichever may be later, a salary of forty five thousand rupees and
a sumptuary allowance of fifty thousand rupees per mensem.
Explanation.- (i) In this Act "Leader of the
Opposition" means that member of
the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly
who is, for the time being, the
Leader in that Assembly of the
party in opposition to the
Government having the greatest
numerical strength in that Assembly
and recognized as such by the
Speaker.
(ii) Where there are two or more parties
in opposition to the Government
having the same numerical strength,
the Speaker shall, having regard to
the status of the parties, recognize
any one of the leaders of such
parties as the Leader of the
Opposition for the purposes of this
Act and such recognition shall be
final and conclusive.

8. Allowances of members.- (1) Subject to such conditions
and restrictions as may be prescribed, every member of the
Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive, for his
attendance required in connection with his duties, as such member, –
(a) travelling allowance at the prescribed rates in
accordance with rules made in that behalf, and
(b) daily allowance at the rate of one thousand five
hundred rupees per day within the State and one
thousand seven hundred fifty rupees per day outside
the State subject, however, that such allowance

shall not be admissible for such period as is in

excess of fifteen days in a calendar month except
when the Legislative Assembly is in session:
Provided that no sum on account of any such allowance
shall be paid to a member before he has made and subscribed the
oath or affirmation of his office prescribed by Article 188 of the
Constitution:
Provided further that until rates are prescribed under clause
(a), travelling allowances shall be payable thereunder to the
members of the Legislative Assembly at the rates admissible to
Government servants of the first class.

8-B. Free Railway travelling facilities to Members.- (1)
Every member shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of actual
fare of any journey undertaken by him, either alone or with persons
accompanying him, within the territory of India in any class of
railway, air, ship or steamer, subject to a maximum limit of rupees
two lakh in a financial year, in such manner and subject to such
conditions as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
(2) Where the total amount of reimbursement received in a
financial year under sub-section (1) is less than rupees two lakh,
the amount by which the amount of reimbursement is less than two
lakh shall be carried forwarded in next financial year or years and
the member shall be entitled to utilize such amount at any time
before expiry of his term as member.
(3) Where a Member entitled to receive travelling
allowance under section 8, chooses to travel by air, ship or
steamer, he shall be entitled to surrender such part of the facility
provided by sub-section (1) as is equivalent to the difference
between the air, ship or steamer fare actually paid by him and the
railway fare to which he is entitled under that section and receive
the cash equivalent of the facility so surrendered:
Provided that aggregate amount so paid either as railway
fare or in respect of air, fare or as the difference between the air

fare and the railway fare or as or in respect of any of them shall not
exceed rupees two lakh within a financial year.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this section, a member
shall include a Minister as defined in the Rajasthan Ministers'
Salaries Act, 1956 (Act No. 43 of 1956) and an Officer of the
Legislative Assembly for the State as defined in this Act.
8-C. Constituency Allowance.- (1) A member shall be
entitled to receive the Constituency Allowance of rupees fifty
thousand per month.

9. Amenities.- (1) Every member of the Legislative
Assembly shall be entitled to such medical facilities for himself
and for members of his family and to such housing facilities as
may be prescribed.
Explanation.- For the purpose of sub-section (1), housing
facility shall include-

(iii) supply of furniture worth eighty thousand rupees, free
of charge, to members residing at Jaipur in the Government
accommodation or in the accommodation owned or hired by them
with effect from 1st April, 2012 or from the date of occupation of
such accommodation, whichever is later.

पशन शव का सांदाय विीां यकया जायेगा ब्जसके दयराव उसे सांसद् या यकसी
भी राज्य ववधाव-मण्डल के सदस्य के रूप मशन या यकसी भी राज्य सरकार
या केन्रीय सरकार या केन्रीय सरकार या यकसी राज्य सरकार के
स्वालम‍वाधीव या तवयांरा णाधीव यकसी तवगम या यकसी भी स्थावीय
प्राधधकरण से कोई वेिव प्राप्ि िोिा था या िोिा िै र यहद ऐसा कोई
वेिव प्राप्ि िोिा था या िोिा िै , िो उस कालावधध के ललए पशन शव का
सांदाय स्थधगि रिे गा:

ुधीव उसे सांदेय पशन शव से कम िो िो ऐसा व्यब््ि इस धारा के ुधीव
पशन शव के रूप मशन केवल उवका ुांिर प्राप्ि करवे का िकदार िोगा:

पशन शव मशन , यहद उसवे सत्तर वर्ष की आयु प्राप्ि करली िो िो बीस प्रतिशि

धगवा जायेगा ब्जसके दयराव कोई व्यब््ि राजस्थाव ववधाव सभा की
सदस्यिा के आधार पर मांरा ी या इस ुधधतवयम मशन यथा पररभावर्ि कोई
ुधधकारी या दोवों रिा िो।

स्पाष्ीीकरण II.- यहद पाांच वर्ष की कालावधध समाप्ि िोवे के पव

(i) राष्रपति या उपराष्रपति या यकसी राज्य का

राज्यपाल या यकसी सांघ राज्यिेरा का प्रशासक; या

(ii) सांसद् या यकसी राज्य ववधाव-मण्डल का सदस्य; या

(iii) भारि सरकार या यकसी राज्य का मांरा ी या उपमांरा ी;

या

(iv) राज्य सभा, या यकसी राज्य की ववधाव पररर्द् का

सभापति या उपसभापति; या

(v) लोक सभा, या यकसी राज्य की ववधाव सभा का

ुध्यि या उपाध्यि।

ु भषरण प्राप्ि करवे का िकदार
िोगा।

(2) उप-धारा (1) के ुधीव सांदेय वेिव के साथ-साथ सरकारी

ु य सचेिक को 1 ुप्रेल, 2017 से

वि सदस्य ुलभप्रेि िै जो इस सभा मशन सवाषधधक सांख्या बल रिवे वाले

ु य सचेिक या उप मख्
ु य सचेिक िै ।

6. विपाि के नेिा का िेिन और स्‍कार भाा.- (1) ववपि के

वेिा को 1 ुप्रेल, 2017 से या उस िारीि से ब्जसको वि उसके पश्चाि
ुपवा पद ग्रिण करिा िै, जो भी बाद मशन िो, पैंिालीस िजार रुपये वेिव
र पचास िजार रुपये स‍कार भत्ता प्रति मास सांदत्त यकया जायेगा।

स्पाष्ीीकरण.- (i) इस ुधधतवयम मशन ''ववपि का वेिा'' से

राजस्थाव ववधावसभा का वि सदस्य ुलभप्रेि िै जो उस ववधावसभा मशन ,
ि‍समय, सरकार के ववपि के सवाषधधक सांख्या बल रिवे वाले दल का
र ुध्यि द्वारा उ्ि रूपेण मान्यिा प्राप्ि, वेिा िै ।

(ii) जिाां सरकारी के ववपि मशन , समाव सांख्या बल रिवे वाले दो

या ुधधक दल िों विाां ुध्यि, दलों की प्राब्स्थति को ध्याव मशन रििे
िुये, ऐसे दलों मशन से यकसी भी एक वेिा को इस ुधधतवयम के प्रयोजवों
के ललये ववपि के वेिा के रूप मशन मान्यिा दे दे गा र ऐसी मान्यिा
ुब्न्िम एवां तवश्चायक िोगी।

जो ववहिि यकये जायशन, ववधाव सभा का प्र‍येक सदस्य, ऐसे सदस्य के

ां मशन ुपवी उपब्स्थति के ललए,-

की दर पर दै तवक भत्ता, इस बाि के ुध्यधीव रििे िुए
यक ऐसा भत्ता लसवाय िब के जबयक ववधाव सभा सरा मशन
िो, ऐसी कालावधध के ललए ुवज्ञ
ु ेय विीां िोगा जो यकसी
एक कलेण्डर मास मशन पन्रि हदव से ुधधक पा िी िो,

शपथ लेवे या प्रतिज्ञाव करवे र उसे िस्िािररि करवे से पिले, ऐसे
यकसी भी भत्ते के रूप मशन यकसी सदस्य को यकसी भी रालश का सांदाय
विीां यकया जायेगा:

की जायशन िक िक ववधाव सभा के सदस्यों को इसके ुधीव यारा ा भत्ता
प्रथम श्रेणी के सरकारी कमषचाररयों को ुवज्ञ

राज्यिेरा के भीिर यकसी ववत्तीय वर्ष मशन दो लाि रुपये की ुधधकिम
सीमा के ुध्यधीव, ऐसी रीति से र ऐसी शिों के ुध्यधीव जैसी यक
इस तवलमत्त बवाये गये तवयमों द्वारा ववहिि की जायशन, यकसी यारा ा के
वास्िववक यकराये का पव
ु भषरण प्राप्ि करवे का िकदार िोगा।

(2अ जिाां उप-धारा (1अ के ुधीव यकसी ववत्तीय वर्ष मशन प्राप्ि

ु भषरण की रकम से कम रि गई रकम आगामी ववत्तीय वर्ष या वर्ों मशन
ुग्रवीि की जायेगी र वि सदस्य ुपवी पदावधध की समाब्प्ि से पव

यकसी भी समय सदस्य के रूप मशन ऐसी रकम का उपयोग करवे का
िकदार िोगा।

(3) जिाां धारा 8 के ुधीव यारा ा भत्ता प्राप्ि करवे का िकदार

कोई सदस्य िवाई जिाज, पोि या सटीमर द्वारा यारा ा करवा चािे एवां
उप-धारा (1) द्वारा दी गयी सवु वधा के ऐसे भाग का ुभ्यपषण करवे का,
जो यक उसके द्वारा वास्िव मशन सांदत्त यकये गये िवाई जिाज, पोि या
स्टीमर के यकराये र उस रे ल यकराये के, ब्जसका यक वि उस धारा के
ुधीव िकदार िै , ुन्िर के समिल्
ु य िोगा:

परन्िु रे ल यकराये के रूप मशन या िवाई जिाज, पोि या स्टीमर के

यकराये के सांबध
ां मशन या िवाई जिाज, पोि या स्टीमर के यकराये र रे ल

स्पाष्ीीकरण.- इस धारा के प्रयोजवाथष सदस्य मशन मांरा ी वेिव

ुधधतवयम 1956 (1956 का राजस्थाव ुधधतवयम सां 43) मशन यथा
पररभावर्ि मांरा ी र इस ुधधतवयम मशन यथा पररभावर्ि राज्य
ववधावसभा का ुधधकारी भी सब्म्मललि िोगा।

8-ग. तनिालिन-िेत्र भ्‍िा.- (1अ सदस्य प्रतिमाि पचास िजार

रुपये का तववाषचव िेरा भ‍िा प्राप्ि करवे का िकदार िोगा।
